Respectful and helpful techs who were very knowledgeable.

It was required to purchase a braided stainless connection line to have Best Buy install the fridge. They want to make sure there is minimal chance of a leak ever happening. Installation of the water connection was exactly as promised and took only a minute. Note that the water line is only 6' long and there should be a home connection point with shutoff in the area right behind the fridge.

These guys installed my refrigerator on melted snow/ muddy day and did their best to keep everything neat and tidy. Everything was perfectly done.

I expected delivery of new fridge and removal of old to take a significant amount of time. The Geek Squad installers took no time at all to get the new unit up and running. They didn an excellent job with the installation and the removal of the old. Wouldn't have it any other way.

The Best Buy appliance installers were punctual, efficient and friendly. They ensured that all features of the installed appliance operated as advertised and cleaned up the kitchen after the install was completed. I could not be more pleased with the product and their installation!

I have no problem with the fridge but I do have problems with the installation. It was haphazard. No instructions, no levelling, No testing, control panel is still wobbly. constant complaints of the difficulty to install and everything else.

We purchased this freezer because our previous one went out. I did my research & this one had the best reviews & then when I got to the store the salesman highly recommended it. I’m glad I paid attention to the reviews. We’ve only had it for about a week but so far everything is going great.

The installation was completed in a professional manner. Install team very polite and cleaned up after the install. The process to replace the refrigerator under warranty was long and drawn out. Geek Squad attempted to repair the refrigerator 4 or 5 times before they agreed to replace it.

The refrigerator could be bought at many different stores, but the excellent service provided by the delivery team is what has me returning to Best Buy for all of our appliance needs.

They installed a refrigerator in my laundry room. The gentleman that came were very courteous. We had to remove a patio door. They did an awesome job, taking it out and putting it back in.

Fantastic work done. Surprised they were able to get the fridge through the door but they did with zero damage. Installed right where i wanted it, all lines hooked up properly, and took all the trash with them. Would recommend.
