They were rushed and I had to ask them to level the freezer properly. But they did it and it was fine. The delivery folks were very pleasant.

The guys did a nice job and were very polite. I appreciated their advise to throw the first batch of ice out-as that water was used to clear the line. The ONLY downside is they did not put the door handles back on the old fridge, I asked them to do so, but they put the top door handle on upside down. This should have been evident as the brand name on the handle was upside down. In removing the bottom handle the brand name had fallen off, so that wasn't a clue for that door. I did text them (I had the number from their call to advise they were on the way), but I did not get a response.

The 2 installers were AWESOME! Professional, on time, courteous and most of all CAREFUL! They knew what they were doing. Didn't make a mess and didn't damage ANYTHING while moving in new and removing old. VERY IMPRESSED! It was like they were never there except we got a new fridge

First fridge had something wrong with it but they ordered a new one and everything is great love the fridge

The team that did our refrigerator delivery and installation were excellent!

Delivered freezer in garage, removed all protective wrappings and plugged in after checking that all components were present. Gave me suggestions on settings and operations of the freezer and how it could be changed to a refrigerator if that was desired. Has worked flawlessly. Only difficulty is the seal is so good it is hard to open the door and need to use fingernail to lightly lift up the rubber seal to break the pull on the door by the pressure. Door then opens easily; certainly never need to worry about any air leaks to the interior to cause frost.

Item installed with no trouble at all. No leaks and worked Perfectly.

It took no more than 15 to install it. Excellent product.

The installation technician were really awesome. They arrive just at 10. ( the window was 10 _ 12) and Everything was done in lest than 10 minutes

They did a good job. Bought at the dent store but definatley had more dents by the time it arrived. Still works great

Delivery agent, Leiaione, and team were courteous, professional and installed our Bespoke refrigerator quickly. Before leaving, he made sure we didn’t have questions and took all the packing material for disposal.

When my delivery/installer brought my new Samsung 3 door fridge inside and unpacked it, he found that Samsung's quality control dept had missed the fact that the interior shelves had NO SCREWS holding them up! He was immediately on the phone to Best Buy getting them to order a new replacement for me and indicated the warehouse needed to be sure everything was as it was supposed to be before he delivered the new one. He left the broken one as a loaner since I had no fridge at all and allowed me to have some kind of fridge until the replacement could be delivered in another week. He understood what "customer service" actually means! That's rare these days.

The delivery crew arrived on time and were very professional. They first reviewed options for getting the older unit out of the way and suggested a better path through the house for bringing in the new one. Their lifting strap system made it super easy to remove the old refrigerator and place the new one without needing to use a dolly on our floors.

The crew was great they got everything done really fast and have had no issues.

The actual delivery and installation was fine. The old fridge was removed and the new fridge installed and the water line hooked up. The team installing were careful not to scratch the fridge or floors. Don't plan on asking the delivery driver to adjust the door opening direction during the delivery. They're not "certified" for that. You will need to do that yourself. Why not 5 stars? There was no communication about the deliver between the purchase and the day before delivery. The day of delivery I was called and about 1/2 into the delivery window and told they'd be late. Then, they called back and said they would make it on time after all.
