They didn’t get a chance to install because they were told we had the water connections. The guy at bestbuy knew we didn’t have the connections and told us they would be able to do it from our sink. The guys were a bit rude when they came to deliver.

1. Online ordering - FAIL ( No one reads what you write in the comments section of the order. They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then ) 2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? ) 3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address ) 4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. ) 5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait ) 6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )

Not sure what to say. Pretty easy to screw a hose onto an existing working water line

nO START!! Being charged for an installation on a returned refrigerator that was delivered defective. After calling the store for days, getting the run around and no answer most of the time, hung up on and then transferred to a half a dozen other people, I gave up and went to Brandsmart! GREAT service, excellent attitude and I got through immediately to my sales person. I BOUGHT THE HIGHEST UPGRADED MODEL FOR $500.00 LESS AND NO INSTALLATION FEE! NEVER DOING "BEST" BUY AGAIN!!! ITS THE WORST BUY!

simple installation nothing complicated but nice to have.

The installers were just average. They made a mess hooking up the water line.

Installers did not level, dented door and were messy

We were very satisfied with the job that the BB guys did with the installation of our refrigerator. They were careful with getting it in the house and able to make adjustments to get it level and in place well.

He came to deliver and install fridge and the moment he got, he was more interested in leaving than doing the install job. For starter he damaged the wall while bringing the fridge and as a result the paint is scratched off on the corner end. Its minimal but still pains to see this happening to my newly built home. He then tried to connect fridge to my water line and struggled for 30 minutes. And finally he said i need to get some part from home depot and left. This is a brand new home with water pipe readily available and I assumed best buy will come prepared with all tools necessary. Since then I am trying to get a right guy to come from Best Buy without success.

It was not done due to Covid restrictions. Not their fault.

what can I say about a stainless steel braided hose. it works as expected.

After having the repair guys come out they still did not fix the problem. The freezer door is hard to close and still makes a scaling noise. Don’t buy this refrigerator!

Was told they dont hook up the water line to ice machine and to call a plumber. Luckily i was told by best buy they do it with for total tech members, after they left of course.

The refrigerator as just dropped off and plugged in. The refrigerator was not unwrapped of packing material or leveled

The guys that came got everything set up fine. Took a long time to arrive.

BB delivery company needed to return to correct fridge door installation

Technician hooked it up in a short time, and so far I have not had any problems.

Connected existing waterline and removed old fridge.

Had to buy the water lines in order to have the ice maker and fridge set up done.

i order fredge i found some danage i talk to delivery person he just say i will inform the company but company didnt respond
