They delivered the refrigerator and out it in uts place and did a great job. However, do to liability reasons, they would not hook up the water supply. Had to outsource it to get the job done.

Guys showed up 2 hours late compared to notifications from corporate. They didn’t unpack inside of fridge and wouldn’t flip the doors since “not on the form”

First crew did not know how to change door handle, second visit they changed handle. Later that dsy we noted it would not shut without forcing it. Next tried to call store and got the run a round with not being able to contact the install dept.

Promptness could be improved. But once there, they did the job well.

We did not have a water connection for ice maker and knew in advance.

I think Best Buy is a terrible company, and which we have to purchase appliances from their business their business. Their relations with their third-party is all terrible terrible. I would not recommend anybody to buy anything from them I would not recommend anybody to buy. I would I would not recommend anybody to even buy the Best Buy tech on any of this stuff that they’re selling that is my opinion.

It took for ever to get my installation right. Exactly a month.

When delivering they dropped the fridge and dented the back by the motor. I called and ask for discount on the frig since now damaged. They ended up replacing it and took the damaged one away.

The delivery guys were literally about to leave the washer and dryer in their boxes at my house. I had to ask them to take it out and they seemed irritated that I asked. They told me they didn’t have to do it but they were doing it as a favor, which is a lie. They left the pedestals in the boxes and left that trash along with it. When I asked if they could help me lift the washer on top of the pedestal really quick, they took off. I know that part was not part of the service, but it would’ve took less than 20 seconds. Instead I had to get my girlfriend to help lift the heavy machine which took us about half an hour to figure out.

Service was not performed and kept getting the run around.

They delivered the refrigerator on time and they were very good, but the light inside didn't work. I called and they sent a geek squad member to fix it but he said it needed a circuit board so he ordered the part to come back the next week. A different person came back without the circuit board and checked it out and said it needed a circuit board...... very aggrevating.

Delivered broken refrigerator - after 3 tries to replace I ended up settling for a return and buying from whirlpool directly.

The experience was pretty terrible. The pros left gouges in the door and scratches on the floor. Fridge does work though so that is something I guess.

They had to come three times to put the refreigtor due that staff sold me the wrong items. I was told one thing in the store and later when they arrive at my house they refuse to bring it up to my 4th floor. I guess the staff wanted just to earn point on selling the credit card that she just press and press. Also the same people arirve and were very rude and did not even care to clean there mess.
