The install went fine and the unit works so I guess this was good. I did 4 stars because I hate being forced to buy it. The original one was fine.

But it appeared that it was a easy install considering they only took a minute or two to hook it up and it's been working like a charm!

Installation was explained as well as operation instructions. Floor was dried of any possible water spilled during water line installation without complaint.. Installer even requested the use of an old towel.

The installation team removed the refrigerator doors& the refrigerator could easily pass through. The reassemble & installation of the refrigerator was complete in 30 minutes.

When they were ready to deliver they reduced prices on all appliances due to their sale at that time. Saved us another $1000.00 due to our surprise. We were very thankful to Best Buy.
