There were no issues connecting to my waterline. It doesn't leak so I am very happy!!

The installation was perfect, quick and efficient. And they moved the refrig to the effect spot.

Installers careful and skilled on bringing into house, up stairs and hooking up to water line.

I have the refrigerator delivered. Only issue. they didn't level it correctly. It is standing next to the wall, and I can see the gap on the bottom and on the top is different. I put a professional level against the wall, and it is ideally leveled. I put the same level against refrigerator, and it is not. I have the same issue with washer and dryer which were delivered and installed a year ago. They are vibrate. And installers blamed the floor. But it also loose in the middle, where two machines are connected. They didn't adjust properly. And I don't know how to fix it.

The fridge is great! Dominic and his guys brought it in and took the old one out and were fantastic! Quick, efficient and professional! Made it a very painless switch!

Excellent work. There was a mistake with address and they were able to still deliver with no issues!! Very professional delivery service. The fridge on the other hand is GREAT would highly recommend. Took a little while to get cool but its working perfect!

The installation team showed up bright and early way ahead of schedule. We were so glad when they arrived and quickly got to work. Installation went without a single issue and they were happy to give us a hand.

Works well and easily installed with the refrigerator

The last team of installers were much more responsive and expert in getting the Refrigerator through the doorway. The first team used all lamed excuses and wrong measurement to not install our purchased and paid Refrigerator then we had to rescheduled twice but still got "NO SHOW" TWICE! Even after we escalated this incident to Best Buy Management and Appliance Resolution team, we got NO SHOW.NO.CALL.both times! After the final delivery and installation the freezer door does not shut completely - needing adjustment

The refrigerator was in stall by 2 professional and job well done! If the wife was happy so am i. No complaints :-)

Works well Very nice looking Water switch is a little different as you have to be careful not To get it when you want ice - just a little different from my old refrigerator Stainless really does not show fingerprints! Practical arrangement of drawers for fruit vegetable Cold cuts etc.

Install crew did a great job, removed all plastic film, installed without damage to floors or walls, instructed on the operation of the fridge and showed how to replace water filter.

Smooth install on the water lines on the new frig. Ice and water working great!

It is a beautiful refrigerator and it is very spacious and very spacious and multifunctional.

This time my delivery was absolutely perfect as compared to the one the week before that damaged my plumbing. This men who came took their time and installed everything perfectly. They were very polite and professional. I wish they would have came the first time, it would have saved me a ton of frustration and anguish.

Didn't want to level it. I had to tell them to level it all the way.Didn't change the door to open on the other side.

Delivery/Installers were great with keeping me updated and arrived at the time promised. They were friendly, professional, and did a nice job with installation, explaining, and the removal of all uneeded packaging

They were very fast and competent, out withing 30 minutes, and this included removing a too large for doorways refrigerator before they could begin the install of the LG.

These guys from Geek Squad were amazing and need a raise! They went above qnd beyond to get my fridge in my house even when it was super cold out. Makes me want to continue doing business with Best Buy!
