took too long to deliver so I got it my self and I installed also.

Difficult to communicate with delivery people due to language barrier. I asked them to level the freezer and they did not.

We have gone over 4 weeks without a working fridge. Each time we are transferred to 4+ people who are not capable of helping. A&E who Best Buy contracts with ordered wrong parts and didn’t replace those parts but rather “reprogrammed” them. Our fridge is still not cooling or making ice. When speaking to 1-800 Best Buy the employees laughed about the situation. We are expected to wait another 2 weeks for another evaluation of the fridge to see what’s wrong with it again. Having 3 kids makes this very challenging. Highly would not recommend the extra money for the warranty or purchasing appliances from Best Buy.

The installers scratched the wooden door frame of our house removing the old refrigerator. They would not hook up the ice maker line unless we kept the box and packing material from our new refrigerator.

Our existing copper line was cut to put in the Best Buy recommended water line. When the installer put it in, the line dripped a bit. He said to just let it go for a while, it would stop. We did. It didn't stop. So, my husband tightened the fitting. It then gushed water. He shut the water off, took the fitting off the line and saw that the installer had put the pressure fitting on crooked, and that is why water was getting past. We had to cut it off completely and redo the whole fitting. If we wouldn't have checked, our hardwood floors would have been ruined from the dripping water.

Why did I buy the service when they couldn't even put the door handles on the side I asked before they put the handles on? I had asked before buying it if it was something that could be done only for it to be an issue and told to call Best Buy Support. Ended up doing it myself since it was a headache to deal with at that point.

No connection was needed for installation of the refrigerator.

I was not too happy with delivery people. There was dent after unboxing and unloading of the unit. At that time, I did not watch carefully of what they are doing. Delivery person claims that it was manufacturing defect which I had hard time believing it. He said to take the unit and they will get replacement unit a month later. I did not like that too much. So I sent the unit back and had to buy the unit again. This is second time I had issue with Best Buy delivery. First time was a while ago when I bought washer and dryer. Is it possible for Best Buy to hire better delivery company.

The first Best Buy installation never happened. The installer said I needed to get a plumber to change the setup for the water supply to the refrigerator. He left the new refrigerator in my garage. The plumber I hired said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the water supply setup. (I had to pay money to hear that.) The second Best Buy installer installed the refrigerator. When I noticed that it rolled when I opened the door, he said, "Oh, after it is full of food items, it won't roll anymore." (Wrong!) A third Best Buy installer came and did NOTHING to fix it. Didn't even try.

They will literally bring it into the house. Said putting the door on the other side costs an extra $50 (which i didn’t see anywhere in the purchase info.) They left finger prints and little shreds of clear plastic everywhere.

Went as expected. Required with basic warranty-bit of a racket.

Store personnel diesnt know how to do it. Is missing parts.

The Best Buy install team wouldn't take my old refrigerator out of my basement. They said my door frame was not wide enough and would not attempt the haul away. I did understand their concern, but this was very frustrating.

The 3rd party company were not ready to install my fridge because it had a plastic hose. When I question what is the difference he just said he could take the risk and when I asked what should we do? .. he said we could either take the delivery or return and they can take it back but was not going to install the fridge

Left packing material inside fridge. Am delivery did not arrive till 3:30 PM. No call to say they would be late. Intallers leveled it and then moved it to take a picture.

Very nice but very poor install They did not train on how to use They did not turn water system on They misplaced the pin they removed to the homes front door

Did not install and then took the installation kit with them so we couldn't even do it ourselves. These delivery/installation services seem like a giant scam.

Insufficient knowledge in installing, especially water / ice connection.

If I could do no stars I would, never hooked up my water , I called 100 times kept getting over seas what a waste. Fridge is good but not from best buy

Pricey since I had to install it. This house never had a ice maker
