Our new refrigerator fit perfectly into old one’s space. New one is so much bigger and more efficient than old side-by-side. I like the roomy freezer on bottom and room in both doors. Installers were very careful and efficient in their work. We are enjoying our new fridge!!

Positioned the freezer as requested, made sure the unit was level.

Original refrigerator delivered was dented. BestBuy ordered a new one and allowed us to keep dented one while waiting. Second one came and delivery guys did a much better job installing, although the didn't secure the front legs so when you open the doors, the fridge pulls out on it's rollers. No big deal, lowered the legs myself. Doors were not even, so I adjusted to the max allowed. Probably only I can tell they are still just a little off. Noticed a little frost building up on the freezer door. Seal may not be fitting tight. It is much quieter than the 8 year old Frigidaire we replaced. It's not a bad unit, just not sure I'd recommend it to a good friend. Price verses quality is not what I'd expect.

Delivered freezer in garage, removed all protective wrappings and plugged in after checking that all components were present. Gave me suggestions on settings and operations of the freezer and how it could be changed to a refrigerator if that was desired. Has worked flawlessly. Only difficulty is the seal is so good it is hard to open the door and need to use fingernail to lightly lift up the rubber seal to break the pull on the door by the pressure. Door then opens easily; certainly never need to worry about any air leaks to the interior to cause frost.

they came on scheduled set the garage ready freezer to where i wanted they turn on the power he explains also set temperature level of freezer as it was recommended by the manufacturers and make sure i am all good to go, they are wonderful, i 100 % recommended the services they provided.

The installers sent by Best Buy were very professional and courteous. Managed to get my old fridge out &new fridge in on a cold, icy day. Very helpful getting my new fridge up & running. White glove service! Would highly recommend

The installation technician were really awesome. They arrive just at 10. ( the window was 10 _ 12) and Everything was done in lest than 10 minutes

Now have had it for six months with no issues and like it very much. Very quiet and keeps food as it should. Have been reluctant to use the door shelving for milk in previous due to cooling issues in other refrigerators, but have been very happy with consistent cooling throughout in this LG model. The only dislike is the large balls of party ice in the freezer-useless. The party ice is for very specialized usage and can not convert to regular ice cubes for drinks if needed. Can not make regular cubes in the freezer and the ice maker in the door has limited capacity.

The team that delivered and installed our LG Refrigerator and I’ve maker did an outstanding job! Never have I had installers that were extremely knowledgeable about the entire product. That pointed out features that even the specs did not refer too. Great job team Best Buy!

They got the old fridge out and new fridge in without any issues. Really fast and explained how to use the new fridge. They were awesome!

An easy installation -- didn't take long. The waterline connect and the electric plug-in is all that it took. The four door handles seemed to snap in place by the delivery technician. had ice in about 5 hours.

The delivery guys had removed my old fridge from my 3rd floor apt, brought up the new fridge, connected the water line, completed the installation, removed all the garbage and was done in a matter of 20 mins.

Fantastic garage freezer. Easy plug in installation. Follow the directions (so you know how to extend the cord), easy leveling. The easiest appliance I ever bought.

The first fridge delivered had some issues. I called and they delivered another one with no problem. This fridge is working fine and happy with product and service.

The two guys who delivered and installed our refrigerator went above and beyond. They were careful bringing the refrigerator in through the door. They were very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. There was an issue with the side of the fridge having a large dent down it. They immediately made a phone call to address the issue and we were able to make a decision right then about what we wanted to do regarding the issue. We were very pleased at how quickly the problem was resolved.
