The technicians that delivered my refrigerator were terrible. I had paid for install and relocation of old fridge. Before even waling in my door they told me they could not move my fridge--even though I had paid for it. They could not install my refrigerator because they said the water line was not up to code--they left the fridge for me and did not even put the handles on or anything. TERRIBLE!! They did not even speak english--very frustrating. I should be receiving a discount for the fees I paid for relocation and installation. In addition, I should receive a credit for my frustrations. Thank you!

Disappointed once again! 3rd refrigerator that had to be replaced and the last installation (I use that term loosely) was unsatisfactory. They placed the refrigerator hooked up the water line and peeled off "some" of the plastic. After they left, I put the shelving in place to realize one was missing and one of the door handles was not tightened and will not tighten. So, guess what????

Not pleased with the work around to connect the fridge to the water line. The install guys bypassed the very expensive and important reverse osmosis system so now we must pay to get it serviced and connected properly.

This is a joke! I paid for this service, and when they showed up with refrigerator I was told I didn’t have a copper water line and they could not hook up refrigerator, so they plugged it in and left.

Door open the wrong way, they said they didn't have time to change it. So i told them just leave it in the garage and I do it.

The Best Buy contractors damaged my porch light while bringing my fridge inside. I put in a claim with Best Buy and was told I would be contacted with 5 business days for next steps. Going on a month now and I still have not been contacted. I’ve made several calls and emails I still can not seem to get someone to update me on my claim status.

Extremely rude service provider, he hates his job. Shouldn’t take it out on the customer.

Had to argue a bit with the service professional to actually get the full value of the purchased install. He clearly wanted to get the job done quickly vs done well.

The 3rd party that Bestbuy used was unreliable. They gave us a window of 9 to 1, did not show up. No communication as to what's caused the delay. I had to call Bestbuy twice to find out where these people were. It wasn't until the 2nd call to Bestbuy that we received a call from the installer. When they finally showed up, it was already almost 3 pm. The actual installation was smooth but no apologies for being late.

The day the refrigerator was delivered the team did not install it becaise the waterline did not have its own shutoff valve. The refigerator sat in ou garage for two weeks. Three times the installation did not show up. When we finally had it installed the team did anex ellent job.

Installers came in and tell me the fitting to my water line is wrong for the hookup and there is nothing they can do. My contractor comes in, removes the hookup and replaced it with a connector and I had fresh water in 3 minutes. I wonder why I paid the extra for a service contract when the Best Buy people could not install even a water tap.

So many things went wrong. First delivery person wanted to fix old refrigerator said I did not need new one said this several times he has the parts. then left the refrigerator all sticky from packing with prints I asked it to be clean and he said for me to do it I asked again and he ignored me. Then they left wood and packing in the street in front of my home with large screws. Refrigerator fine delivery male needs to learn how to be professional

The noice for the water ice maker is still loud. It’s not fixed

Installation wasnt complete, had to finish up myself. However, the main portion for connecting was done, juat not complete setup.

Our refrigerator delivery was apparently assigned to 3rd party delivery service who REFUSED TO DO ANY OF THE INSTALLATION WHICH LED US TO HAVING TO CALL A PLUMBER ON A SATURDAY FOR THE WATER HOOKUPS, THE KIT FOR THIS WAS NOT WITH THE DELIVERY. I HAVE TOTAL TECH MEMBERSHIP AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS!?

It took multiple times to fix a door issue I am not sure if it’s still fixed last text that came out said it was normal

The freezer is great but the delivery was ridiculous!! It was damaged and so they needed to replace it. It would take 3 more deliveries for them to get it right. One time the replacement was damaged and the next delivery was to the wrong place. Finally a month after the initial delivery they got it right. What a huge inconvenience. I took off 3 afternoons just to be there for these deliveries!! What a joke! I will NEVER order online at BEST BUY again.

the 3rd party delivery was terrible, barely spoke english, i was told by your employee that they would put my old fridge outside the man said no and tried to explain something couldnt understand him, i work from home they were speaking spanish so loud i coudnt focus, I will never buy another appliance from you based on the delivery and i am sharing my bad experience with all
