Delivery was as expected. They were on time and called to let me know when they were close to arrival. My fridge had a dent in it when they took it out of the packing box and they wrote it up for me and advise me of the steps to handle the issue. No complaints!

The guys did a great job on the delivery and installation of my new refrigerator. They took the time to make sure everything was balanced and working properly. They were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I love my new fridge!

It is amazing how quickly the delivery personnel worked to remove my old refrigerator and install the new. They were very careful with my home and even took my front door off to keep from damaging anything. The whole delivery took less than an hour and has been working great!

The installation crew arrived on time, removed our old fridge and installed the new one. From start to finish, it took no more than 30 minutes, and we had a new working refrigerator. We were exremely pleased with the service.

The team did a great job. They got here on time, worked efficiently to hook the refrigerator, and checked the water was being dispensed properly before leaving. They even inserted all of the shelving for me!

Install contractor for Best Buy are specialized and did a perfect job installing. My kitchen entry is narrow so they had to disassemble the drawers on bottom half of the refrigerator which were perfectly reinstalled in its space,

The technician rescheduled the installation because he said he couldn't find our location. When he finally came he did a good job.

This was actually installing a refrigerator with an ice maker. The install required connecting an ice make line between the water supply and the refrigerator. Pretty basic stuff. I down rated one star because it was not a Geek Squad installation but an independent company, contracted out to BB I presume (just in central Florida?). That and the fact that they didn't bring in tools necessary to remove my front door. I provided a hammer so they could pop out the hinge pins. I point this out because they should have known in advance that coming thru the front door with that size appliance would require door removal. Not an issue for me since I have tools but could be a problem for someone else. Also no demonstration was provided, although there is not much to point out for this kind of refrigerator

Legs weren't leveled properly. Entire freezer moves every time door is opened

Install went fabulous. Delivery team was great! Not easy getting big items in a 100 year old house but they were patient and knew exactly what they were doing

When my delivery/installer brought my new Samsung 3 door fridge inside and unpacked it, he found that Samsung's quality control dept had missed the fact that the interior shelves had NO SCREWS holding them up! He was immediately on the phone to Best Buy getting them to order a new replacement for me and indicated the warehouse needed to be sure everything was as it was supposed to be before he delivered the new one. He left the broken one as a loaner since I had no fridge at all and allowed me to have some kind of fridge until the replacement could be delivered in another week. He understood what "customer service" actually means! That's rare these days.

My husband and I were looking to replace the Whirlpool fridge that was in our place when we bought it. We did a ton of research because we hated the fridge we had; the ice machine hadn’t worked in a few years, the freezer was entirely frosted over making it virtually unusable and regardless of what we did with the water filter it took forever to get a cup of water. Some of the bad reviews of this Samsung scared me, but the great reviews outnumbered them. We also came to the conclusion that none of the big appliance companies have the ice/water situation perfected (similar negative reviews existed for all the brands no matter how high end). We’ve had this fridge for about a month and so far it’s a dream. I can get ice and water easily. We can buy frozen food and freeze things again. The most basic things feel luxurious because our last fridge was so dysfunctional. It also feels more spacious than our last fridge despite the fact they’re relatively the same size. Obviously it’s only been a month, but we’re very happy with our decision.

The two guys delivering the freezer were wonderful. Brought in the freezer plugged it in and made sure it worked and was ready to go before they left. We had no packaging or anything else to deal with. Very professional!

Delivery and install went smooth, installers were friendly and very informative.

Very satisfied with the professionalism and clean installation. The reps were very careful with the installation. No damage done to my property even though the rep had to bring the fridge up a small flight of stairs.

Love my new LG Fridge, wish they had adjusted the legs to keep it even before placing it in the spot.

On one of the hottest days of the year, my freezer was delivered. They did a fantastic job. They had to remove and replace basement door and they were very proficient and careful when they did it. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Works like it is supposed to. Connects the water line as advertised.
