Total LIE - it was not installed and ready to use. They just dropped it off and left! My husband had to put it together and the handles STILL aren't on and neither is the bottom grill because I don't know what I'm doing... VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The installers broke the connector to My Fridge door so never produced ICE. they did not connect new hose said I needed to complete the warranty. they left the doors to the old fridge in My kitchen took a week to come and take them.

When installing the refrigerator, the existing shut-off valve was pulled off the water line and water started flying everywhere. We got lots of towels and fortunately avoided any water damage. We showed the installer where the house main shut-off was but he did know to also open all the faucets to relieve the pressure so it kept leaking. We had to call a plumber to fix it and install the refrigerator.

Despite my clearly giving the information when placing the order and confirming the delivery time, and it being WRITTEN IN THE NOTES, the delivery people refused to deliver to the 5th floor and refused to wait for me to find a solution. They just drove off.

These guys had no idea what they were doing!. Broke ice line to frig and asked me if I knew how to connect ice maker The men were nice and respective, but had no clue. Bad flood in my house! thankful for resourceful neighbor. not ready for prime time

Delivery person was friendly and set up freezer. Adjusted legs so it did not rock but did not put a level on freezer. Also did not change swing of door so it could be opened easily. Had to un plug a to let warm up then have husband do it correctly. Also manual stated it should sit half hour before being plugged in after moving. Wish they had read manual.

Never got it was promised will be installed soon a possible im waiting a month now

I was told the refrigerator would be hooked up to my existing water line, however the delivery man said he could not do it because we did not have a hook up directly behind the refrigerator and he did not have the abi,it’s to hook it up with what we had. We had to do it ourselves. I feel I was misled. They should tell you that when you order that it must be a specific attachment to hook it up.

There needs to be more information about is and is not done with the installation of a new refrigerator. We were told that it would be an additional $50.00 to have the refrigerator door open on the left instead of the right. Why is this not part of the refrigerator installation?

Unprofessional team. No shoe covers. Rushed through installation by not thoroughly removing plastic that is now stuck and can’t be removed without a tool. Door handle not installed properly, loose and wrench needed to tighten was no left.

Nice guys but he broke the water supply line (snake bite) so I have to hire a plumber.

Water Lind was not installed properly after the guys left my kitchen was flooded, when I pulled out the fridge to check where the leaks was they did not properly secure the water like with the fridge water line, we noticed after a while, it leaked into my basement and it was a huge mess. Very disappointed.

Third party team never showed and canceled my installs themselves I’m highly dissatisfied my refrigerator say out for over a week then my appointment was cancelled without notice so it sat for another week . I received a code violation and all I got was a gift card for all the trouble

Apparently you need a 4 man team if ur kitchen is on the second floor. And getting Best Buy to send a 4 man team to come is simply the most frustrating shopping process I have gone through. After rescheduling for over 5 times (contractors either don’t show up at all or only 2 people ended coming for the first 4 times), finally had my fridge installed.

They left the refrigerator in the box because they said I had to take off screen door for it to fit, I’m 77, no way could I remove the door, had to hire someone else to bring it in the house and set it up, and the door DIDN’T have to come off to get it in.

Not only did the Best Buy installers IGNORE my request to pull out the refrigerator so we could make sure there was no leak in the ice line, but they never installed the air filter, something we didn't discover until we went to replace the "filter" several months later and were horrified to discover the original one was NEVER installed. WILL NOT USE BEST BUY INSTALLERS AGAIN!!!

I have had really good experiences with Best Buy over the years, but these installers were in a rush and did NOT do a great job.

Worst customer service from installation and delivery team. They dont show records of scheduled appointments and the delivery people call you just minutes before the arrival when theyre supposed to call you at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival.

We have this unopened product in a plastic bag, in case we need it at a later time.
