No water

As a builder for over 25 years it’s disappointing one has to run to Home Depot for a 2 dollar fitting. Then be charged for install. For the record it was only delivery. Take note. Be prepared

They didn't remove all the packing , level or really check or explain anything.

He wouldnt turn the waterline on. The man who delivered the 1st.refrigerator turned it off. Todays delivery man would not turn it on.

Delivery and service for best buy

Refrigerator delivered damaged, they [picked it up. no need for an icemaker. this was all supposed to be cancelled and credited to our account.

Called a plumber to find out there was everything they needed right there. Right valve with water line capped, cutout already.

The 2nd time the gyys were nice but did not unpack or remove the packaging and left it in place which then froze in place.

You ain't gonna believe this...

So we wait 24 hours for the first batch of ice so we can throw it out as the installation manual suggest. It never came. I pulled the machine out to check their work and to my surprise the water had not been turned on. Wow! How can I get a job like that?

Worst service ever

When the refrigerator came it was dented badly. They scheduled for the following week with a different refrigerator and they never showed up. And then they scheduled again for the following week and again they never showed up

Horrible experience!

Missing parts and have been waiting for weeks and still nothing!!! Wanted us to buy parts and they said they would reimburse us...NOT HAPPENING!!!! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! Bought a stove there also & missing pieces!!! Horrible experience on both!!! Never again!!!

Don’t do it

I had to keep calling in order to find out that they were not going to make it. Wasted time and money waiting for a promised service that never arrived. Best Buy has yet to make it right until this day. I cancelled my order.

The crew was polite and professional. When a problem developed with the refrigerator, the problems with delivery started. Despite contacting BB within 24 hours of delivery and notifying them of a water leak from the unit, they refused to come back for at least 2 weeks.

They did not hook up my water suppy

I was very disappointed that I was told one thing at the time of buying and another after buying it. I hope that you will educate the sales people about this Please.
