We ended up buying a connection hose that was too short and so they couldn't connect the fridge. Basically we paid for nothing and had to do it ourselves later. It would be very helpful if they had extra hoses and connections in their truck that they could sell us so they could complete the job as opposed to me having to run to the store and purchase the part and then install it myself.

I would give zero stars if possible. Upon first installation of the fridge, almost 4 hours late, the installers said they could not connect the ice maker because we had the wrong kind of line. Upon second attempt of ice maker installation, they said the first guys actually BROKE the line and they could not use the installation kit that I was forced to buy because they are "not plumbers"

I bought a new whirlpool fridge bought the waterline hookup with it ready to be hooked up ready to go. When they sold me the fridge they forgot to tell me that they cant hook up a new water line. So now im without water and ice with a brand new fridge I just bought.

Water line was never installed properly and we ended up with a leak that entered an adjacent bedroom and the carpet was soaked. When we called customer service they offered no help whatsoever. We had a plumber fix the issue and my carpet is still drying. Very dissatisfied with Best Buy.

There is a reason this kit comes with thread tape for the water fitting, installer chose not to use it. I redid it myself

I thought we paid for a waterline installation, but only got the hook up

They did even put the refrigerator in the kitchen they left it in the hallway and said it did not fit but when I got home I put it in it place. I recommend it because is free and you might get someone the really completes the job.

Awful experience from start to finish. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Had multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes and didn’t manage to rectify a single problem. Don’t let anyone I care about buy from Best Buy.

They are wonderful doors, downside that it take about 6 months to get doors orders. If you forget to pickup your doors Bestbuy automatically cancels your order and sells them to someone else

Was told the only way to get the fridge installed was to by a new water line, so I purchased one but when he showed up he said it wouldn’t work, it was too short ( only my wife was home) so I had to pull the fridge out and do it myself. The water lines were the same length by the way. This was at 4 pm and he said he had 3 more deliveries so my guess is he was just trying to save time

I really wish Best Buy would hire some reputable people to do their delivery and install. The people who come to your home to deliver are very sketchy. They do not seem to have any training or knowledge of what they are supposed to do!! This is one thing that Best Buy needs to get better at. How about using in house people instead of fly by night subcontractors???

Waited 6 days for delivery of a refrigerator supposedly truck broke down. No phone calls till after delivery time. The told me i had to wait another 6 days. I canceled the order. Never again. To many im sorry we apologize. Beware when buying from best by.

First time they showed up they had no idea how to hook it up and said i can take it as is or they can take it back. The second time they said I didnt have a valve just the line so the installers refused to use a pressure nut and just said i have to call a plumber. Took my 5 minutes after they left to take care of the issue. Poor service by the delivery/installation people

First delivery ppl said that I needed a metal coil installed by plumber before they could deliver and set up my fridge. I called the plumber and they point to the coil that is sitting there. I wasted $200 on a plumber I did not need. I sent an email with my receipts and never heard from Best Buy. I will never purchase an item with delivery again from Best Buy.

Very poor service been here three times and my refrigerator after a month is still sitting in my garage in a box. Have to hire someone else to help install refrigerator as they aren’t able to install so they say.

You never delivered the Fridge!!!!! You screwed up the delivery 4 times. This past week you even sent me an email that you were on the way. Only to later find out when you were a now show , that you didn’t have the item it stock. How can that be !

Horrible experience. Apparently BestBuy teams do not understand how to handle refrigerators with water lines connected. My wife had to deal with that surprise while I was at work. How do you haul away a broken fridge if they don’t know how to disconnect a water line?

Installation was not completed because a required tool was not available. Not sure why this was then shown as completed. Only the delivery was completed. I then had to reschedule another appointment and wait another 4 days for install. Poor customer service. This should have been done for me the next day.

I’m sorry …the refrigerator was returned it did not fit and …. someone came out and measured from Best Buy before I purchased the refrigerator and I was told it would fit . It did not .

best buy didn't honor purchase is service to deliver & install item expeditiously. Delivery cancellations by their crew required several calls to total Tech & letter to Corporate & Store Mgr still no response!
