I let the delivery guys to install the refrigerator because was included in delivery price. No big deal to hook up the new flex stainless steel water line to the old copper line. The guys performed it precisely and neatly. I also liked how they moved the refrigerator in and how they unwrapped it and installed all the things. Good job.

The Geek Squad is an amazing dedicated group of employees with complete integrity. They actually pointed out an area of damage and allowed me to re-order another refrigerator. I’m so happy with my membership and the service I receive. Best Buy is now my “go to” business for appliances and all things electronics. Also am very pleased with my LG refrigerator. The ice maker is so convenient to access. The deli tray is super wide and convenient. Love having the fruit bins up high.

The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were very professional. They were quick and got my fridge in no time. True expertise.

We purchased all new Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen that was totally remodeled The refrigerator was delivered and installed in a professional manner. The delivery team was able to complete only two of my five appliances. They were not motivated to solve any unusual conditions. They did however manage to get the refrigerator installed.

The Geek Squad guys did a GREAT job removing the old refrigerator and unpacking the new refrigerator and getting it into the house without damage to the house or to the appliances. Also very friendly and courteous. I'd gladly have them come back for future installations.

The delivery guys were excellent and had experience with this type of delivery. They quickly installed the ice makers to the water line and checked to ensure both ice maker were functioning correctly.

The installation crew was very careful and caring on the unit they brought in. They even went through the basics of the refrigerator. The water didn’t work immediately but figured it out that the hose was being pinched. They fixed it!! Great Service!
