It was wonderful receiving my new refrigerator. Better yet, not having to install it or move the old one. The guys were courteous and careful- they did a great job.

I love the fact that Best Buy offers free delivery on the refrigerator. I don't have a vehicle big enough to haul one! They were on time in a small window of time (yay!!), and they took off our front door to get it in and did a fantastic job of hooking up everything. When they left, I was ready to start using it. Great job guys!

We were delighted to get our new refrigerator delivered and installed within two days. The deliverers/installers were prompt, gave us good notice, and worked very efficiently to remove our matching old refrigerator and install the new one, hooking up the existing water supply, etc. They did leave some of the tape/wrap from the drawers and shelving which we removed without any problem.

Unfortunately it’s not worth the money spent. I’m in my replacement fridge and it still makes an intermittent knocking sound.

Delivery people were courteous and did nice work. They were cautious as they moved the new and old freezer. Overall they did a great job.

The freezer installers and haulerd arrived on time after alerting me to their expected time. They worked efficiently and effectively, even offering one bit of advice that I did not know beforehand would be helpful. And they were friendly.

I was very pleased with the professional service of the Best Buy Geek Squad. As always, they were on time and did a great job! They removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one quickly. It was so nice to have the old one hauled away to be recycled. Thank you!

Best Buy delivery persons are always very knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to delivering to your home and installing for you. Within 10 minutes of pulling up to the driveway they had a refrigerator installed and running.

Product works as good as it looks. I especially like the green light under the door that indicates the unit is working. Having the light inside works great for a dark garage.

The Geek Squad delivery team did an GREAT job delivering and installing our new refrigerator. I would highly recommend getting this service when purchasing bigger appliances that require hook up upon delivery.

The Geek Squad is an amazing dedicated group of employees with complete integrity. They actually pointed out an area of damage and allowed me to re-order another refrigerator. I’m so happy with my membership and the service I receive. Best Buy is now my “go to” business for appliances and all things electronics. Also am very pleased with my LG refrigerator. The ice maker is so convenient to access. The deli tray is super wide and convenient. Love having the fruit bins up high.

Great freezer for our garage at a reasonable cost. Fits perfectly and garage rated for the hot Arizona desert temps.

The installation service for our new refrigerator was great. Two installers arrived with the refrigerator and they removed and hauled away the old one and then installed the new one. Everything went perfectly.

Team was professional and friendly. Did the job well and quick.

The instructions provided to the delivery crew by Best Buy did not include the following info: 1) the refrigerator would need to be moved into the house, 2) an existing refrigerator would need to be moved out of the house, and 3) the new refrigerator would need to be installed, including hookup for the icemaker and water dispenser. The crew did take care of the installation of new and removal of old, but it delayed their other deliveries scheduled for later the same day. I call that "going above and beyond". Note that the installation of new and removal of old are both documented as part of the order as shown on my account and arranged for at the time of purchase.
