Didn't tighten the water line and caused a leak and mold all in my cabinets - also couldn't get them out to tighten it - because it was blamed on the manufacturer instead of the installers from Best Buy AGAIN FRIDGE WAS NOT THE ISSUE - BEST BUYS INSTALLERS WERE

Paid for the install but they refused to install it although my water like is present and not damaged they squared that they do not want to be liable for anything .

I am very happy with my refrigerator, but the installer did not want to do any work, they were trying to get away with just delivering and the product and not moving old refrigerator, and not doing the installation, or trying to get cash for doing it.

They did not install the fridge because they thought we didn't have the correct connector. All they had to do was take a piece off. Honestly I wish I could get some compensation for this because as installers they should have known, I was not home when they came but my sister was.

I’m very disappointed with this whole experience. It is not the delivery guys fault but the stores. Water line could not be tested or turned on because some one decided that it was a good idea to remove the filter!!!

The fridge was not installed ! The delivery dropped the fridge damaged (the water pipe was pulled off by the delivery. No proper installation , best buy did not send someone to fix the water pipe till today

Your delivery person refused to install my refrigerator because I have a plastic water line. He told me to call a plumber to have it replaced with a copper line. The plumber saw no problem with my line and he helped me install the refrigerator myself. A copper line would have cost $3,000! Thank goodness I ignored your intaller

Horrible delivery by employees. They refused to haul away the old refrigerator and left it in the middle of the driveway. They refused to put it off to the side. They refused to connect the waterline. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM BEST BUY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My refigerator was delivered to the wrong house and was delayed by a week due to this error. Staff that did show up when rescheduled were professional and quick.

Unhappy with the installation team that came to my home to install the refrigerator. They were very unprofessional. Left the old refrigerator where it was and they installed the new refrigerator in a corner and then they plugged it in.

Terrible service. Unprofessional installers. Left old fridge in middle of kitchen when they were to hook up and hall away. Best Buy phone customer service was awful. Got bounced around a number of times with no real help.

This is NOT a good review. I had 6 visits before my refrigerator was delivered and properly working. Two refrigerators later and lots of miscommunication. Disappointed in the fact that I received no reimbursement for food gone bad and time spent or wasted!

Product is fine, delivery was horrible. I requested an install as I'm a Total Tech Plus member, and the delivery team REFUSED to install the refrigerator and the stove

Did not make sure that the water connection was flowing thru the refrigerator.

Refrigerator was delivered, but the install guys would not connect or turn on since there was 1 worker doing plumbing on the other side of the kitchen. Ended up just upacking, connecting the water line, and turning on myself. going on in the kitchen.

Terrible don’t buy from best buy. Save yourself a headache. Customer service is awful. Go to Lowe’s or RC Wiley’s instead.
