They NEVER installed my refrigerator. They claim they have but it's still in the box in my garage. I tried to schedule an install for after my kitchen remodel is done. It appears that is too difficult for them to figure out. I guess I will end up installing it myself.

The sales lady at Best buy told me that if we bought the new water hose that the delivery team woudl install it tot he ice maker. That did not happen. The delivery driver stated that they are not allowed to do this. I coudl have spent $15.00 on a new water hose and did the work myself. I spent $30.00 from Best Buy and still had to install myself .

Best Buy (and other companies) uses a 3rd party called XPO to schedule installations. They are horrible! We had 4 failed appointments because their computer system and bad employees are terrible. I will never order anything that involves this company again. Best Buy got the products back and they delivered them with their own company and it was fine.

Completely incompetent delivery guys. They left the freezer in the shrink wrap in the middle of my garage and said they installed it. I contacted best buy on multiple occasions and they were just as incompetent to assist.

I paid for install of new refrigerator. Best Buy could not compelte the install, after sending 2 different crews to my home.

didn't connect the water, the excuse? they don't have the part,2 days later I did it myself

They installed it. A little rude to my mother. The other guy was fine. The other seemed stressed.

Horrible they left without installing and lied and said it was installed.

It took a week to get it installed. Not a good experience. Not sure if I can do business with you again. Bad bad experience.

Did not properly install freezer handle and when I called to make an appointment to get it fixed it was the most stressful thing they tried to blame it on the brand

They unpacked the new product, disconnected the original product and stated the new product could not be reconnected and left. We paid for full service. And no they do not state that they provide “white glove” but any installation service would have been better than drop off and pickup

Refridgerator was delivered and the delivery people said they could not look inside "due to covid." When we opened the fridge one of the shelves was cracked. I went around with customer service. Finally someone said they would order a new shelf. It stillhas not arrived.

All the service man had to do was plug in the plug into the wall. He was supposed to take the old fridge with him but said it was too heavy. They came out another time and still could not manage to get the old fridge out, so they gave up and left.

The refrigerador was slighty dented, too bad I didn't notice it until the delivery men had left! The plastic boarder of one of the shelves inside the refrigerator broke within the first week!!

Installation and leveling was part of order but guys would not install/level when delivered. Said couldn't connect to exisiting line. Was told by salesman that it would be installed to exisiting line and it was even in the paperwork we signed and were given. Called Custmer Svcs but they did nothing about the issue.

The crew that dropped it off, said they are not the ones who install. Very misleading info in description. It makes you believe it will be delivered and installed at the same time. Very unhappy. Good luck getting a hold of customer service to make an appointment for installation. Was on hold half a day. Still nothing.

This has been the worst experience ever. My appliances still have not been installed due to them scheduling the wrong people 3 different times. Been over a month. Never buying from BB again!

Installers hooked up refrigerator which was a simple procedure but did not tighten down enough.

this is my third experience with Best buy's installation services and every time my frustration experience was exceeded. Delivery folks were unprofessional, created panic by giving excuses. I would never ever take Bestbuy's installation service in future.

Terrible customer service. I’m still waiting for the fridge to be installed after 3 weeks.
