Given that my installation email gave me a range of times wherein the refrigerator would arrive, I expected the worst. Instead, I got a call before delivery to narrow down the time, which was great. Upon arrival, the installers did a great job of removing the old unit and bringing in the replacement. In and out without much trouble, which I really appreciated.

The refrigerator was delivered and installed in a professional manner. We were pleased with our purchase and the the skill of the men who completed the installation. Although we initially experienced a mechanical problem with the refrigerator ice maker, Best Buy rectified the problem expeditiously.

Happy with this purchase. The new refrigerator replaced one that was 25 yrs old. The new one is quiet, looks good, and gets the job done. I also like the large slide and reach pantry drawer. I purchased this particular size because my refrigerator box is on the small size.

They brought my new refrigerator in through the back door and took the old one out. Although smaller, the placed the new one roughly in the center of the footprint of the old one. They plugged it in and the light inside went on and we assumed it worked. It does.

This was the most professional and precise team I've ever had come out to the house to install or repair ANYTHING. They arrived on time. They were very careful when removing fridge doors so it would fit through my front door. There were extremely careful moving that fridge through the house. The lead, guiding the other 2, as they moved the fridge was on point with his directions and very watchful of any obstacle. They plugged the new waterline hookup, set up the fridge, and then did a very quick rundown of the main features. They were very helpful in answering any question that I had. Absolutely the best install I've ever had. The best team that's ever visited my house. I am always worried to check and pay for an installation.. NEVER AGAIN will that happen with Best Buy. If this is how all installation teams are, I will GLADLY pay for this service in the future.

The removal of the old refrigerator, delivery, installation of the new one took all of 10 to 15 minutes. Quick & Easy. The delivery men were efficient.

The product was smaller than I anticipated in comparison to what I returned. The installers were very professional went above what was expected to ensure that I was pleased.

We did not have an install with our water line - we bought a refrigerator without an ice maker

Geek squad installed it perfectly. Hooking up a refrigerator might sound easy, but these guys did it right the first time. I would have ended up spraying water everywhere if I tried to hook up the water line for ice and the water dispenser.

The installation team was on-time, professional and completed the installation quickly. They went over all the features of the LG refrigerator and verified the full functionality. After the water hookup they filled 2 gallons to purge out possible water contaminants in the line/filter. They also moved the existing refrigerator to a different room location and were very careful to not damage the refrigerator or walls. I would highly recommend the installation team.
