Refrigerator was delivered with great care. This model was reasonably priced and a nice addition to my kitchen.

The installation crew was very careful and caring on the unit they brought in. They even went through the basics of the refrigerator. The water didn’t work immediately but figured it out that the hose was being pinched. They fixed it!! Great Service!

The guys who installed our refrigerator were very helpful and efficient. We buy almost all our electronic products from Best Buy and have them install everything. They are very good at what they do, and we really like their service.

Good Service. However I was charged extra for installing the washing machine since the tech will not install the pipes that come with the samsung washing machine and I had to buy some different pipes from them.

The installation team did a great job. They had to be careful since my new house had fragile floors. Nothing was damaged and they went above and beyond to handle the installation with care. I live in a rural area, so I was grateful Best Buy came out here.

Bought a few months ago, and we've had no issues so far. Does what it's supposed to do. The water coming out of it had a synthetic plasticky taste for about a week and then cleared up. Seems quiet enough, haven't noticed it. We haven't used the decorative ice feature, yet.

My new refrigerator was installed quickly, professionally, and without complication. The old unit was removed without incident and taken away. The installers were on time, polite, and professional. Perfect.

We needed this product for our new refrigerator installation. Jesus and Jesus did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Our refrigerator is set up and working perfectly.

Installer did a good job. Notified us within 30 minutes arrival. Installlation, hook up and old frig removal great.

They carried the fridge up without issue, installed it and it worked fine, but they scratched the floor up in a lot of places and also bumped into my stove and turned on one of the elements, burning the food from the freezer I had out there while they were swapping out the fridge. All in all not the best experience, but I do love the fridge, and $30 for delivery and set up seems like a bargain to me.

Delivery people were courteous and did nice work. They were cautious as they moved the new and old freezer. Overall they did a great job.

Works great fits out kitchen Cons Fridge door has a hitch doesn’t open smooth It will try to close on you hard if not open all the way. Small children beware

The new washer dryer works extremely well and very efficient.. 5 stars Night and day Vs previous GE washer dryer that was the worst. The crew that installed it also earned 5 stars and were very professional.

The delivery guys were very quick and cautious when delivering my new fridge. The doors had to be removed but were put back on correctly. The only issue I had was that they didn't make sure everything was working correctly and they didn't do the water hookup due to the fact that I don't have a shut off valve directly behind my fridge. The hookup was easy enough on my own although I was a little disappointed that I wasn't told beforehand about having to have a shut off valve that accessible when in fact it's only a few feet away under my kitchen sink and I already had the line drained and shut off prior to their arrival. It is what it is, but if you have a similar setup for your water line, expect to do the hookup on your own as this posed a liability for the installers.
