This is an update to a my initial review, which wasn't very good because of the lack of communication between the installation team and the sales team. It took Best Buy nearly 3 weeks to deliver the refrigerator. However, after a third attempt of installing the refrigerator, I am happy to say it went smoothly. They even compensated me for my spoiled groceries and for the added delay/frustration.

The Best Buy crew did a great job with the delivery and installation of our new basement freezer. They were very careful while moving it through some very tight spaces. We are very pleased.

I called Best Buy once we got our Kitchen remodeling finished. From delivery of the appliances and service they came out quickly to get us up running ASAP! Thanks to the team at Best Buy!

It’s good but its loud! It’s a good functioning refrigerator for all your needs it just seems to be really loud

The two men who installed my new refrigerator were terrific. They knew what they were doing and were efficient and quick, without cutting any corners. I watched.

The gentleman who delivered and installed my fridge were wonderful to work with. They were polite and professional, answered all my questions, and did not leave until they knew it was running well and placed exactly where i wanted it.

Install was quick and my washer was up and running in no time.

The refrigerator was installed quickly without much of a fuss. Works well. The only item was a loose handle, but they returned quickly to fix it after only one call.

Didn't have them install because we decided to paint the garage floor but they arrived ready to do it.

Installation was excellent. The team was very professional, kind and knowledgable. The process was seamless and this was by far the best team we have ever had come to our home. I hope they are acknowledged for their hard work!

After i got a lemon i got it replaced with the exact same maodel the second one is working perfectly! love the size and space inside. for asmall fridge its bigger inside that what it seems.

Thank you to the two young Men that delivered our new fridge. They kept me updated throughout the morning of delivery with estimated arrival and were very professional once in-home. The installation was super smooth and we are a very happy household.

Install to existing water source. They came with the kit. The new hoses are flexible! Back just a few years they were a long, thin, copper tube you had to carefully unroll or it would leak. The new flexi hoses are awesome!

Got my LG refrigerator promptly; they even called me to tell me when they were arriving. Everything was packed up neat and clean, plugged it in make sure it worked and even gave me instructions on how to clean the inside.

Refrigerator is working excellently. Has lots of room. Shopping experience was a pleasure and the salesman was very courteous.

Great huge holds a ton of food. 3 drawers for cheese and salad irems. Love the exterer ice and water feature very efficent and convenient
