One star rating due to having no choice to purchase this even when wasn’t using water dispenser in the fridge. Had to end up taking it back later for a refund.

I had to return and exchange this fridge for a new one three times, each one with different problems, and the last one came used and damaged. Avoid this fridge!!

Their idea of installation on a freezer is putting it in its spot and telling you not to plug it up for 48 hours and then if it gets filled with frost the seal is bad call them for repairs

They set up the refrigerator but did not set up the dryer

Horrible service. They left the premises with my water shut off and the connection to the ice maker attached (there is no ice maker!) so water poured into the freezer. They didn't clean it up and left it for me!

delivery reps refused to install water line to fridge, made me go get a plumber who literally was in and out in 90 seconds. incompetent and useless.

They came, couldnt install the fridge because they had no connectors or pieces for waterline. We had to do this ourself.

Ordered my refrigerator DECMEBER 27TH . Today is FEBRAURY 15TH and delvery was delayed yet again for a reason no one can explain. AND you billed me . Expect payment on the 20th. But i dont have the item!!!! You guys are NUTS

My refrigerator is not working. They dropped it off. The water nor the ice dispenses. It never did. I’ve made 3 appointments for them to install and they keep canceling or not showing up within the time window as scheduled.

The item came defective. Was discovered before even coming inside. No notification of replacement. Cancelled order. Not going to buy another appliance from Best Buy.

I will never buy another thing from you! I have had the parts for my dryer for over a week, i have called 4 times to get your repair guy to call & schedual the repair on my Dryer!!! And Nothing, this sould have been fixed b4 xmas

Delivery was on time but they said truck was full and wouldn't take our old refrigerator. Hooked up ice maker line even though they were not supposed to. Didn't use new water line kit we purchased just used old line.

For us it was just to connect the hose to the water line which is just turning a screw

This installation team did not show up during the first appointment. And installed my fridge tilt and not functional at the second appointment. I need to pay out of my pocket for fixing myself!

Was the most inexperienced staff I ever encountered. They tried hard but were clueless. Was a 2+ hour ordeal finally completed.

they left with out install it, they put my new refrigerator on the side of my leaving room plug-in took a picture and leave didn't recommend the service

delivery was made to my brand new house and the guys banged up the casing around the front door and never said a word. I suggest Bb to have the guys put up pads around the door casing for all future fridge deliveries

The installation person name carlos was very rude and was shouting at me when asked to come to my house. He refused to come to my house even after telling him how to get my house but he kept on telling that I am not coming unitl you come to the place where I am standing and get me. Very bad experience.

I listened to Lisa the Best Buy sales person, “Best Buy Total Tech takes care of everything don’t worry” Cha-Ching $$$.$$ I had to call a plumber after Best Buy Total Tech cashed a leak!

There are all kinds of new guidelines on what they can and can't do it is not worth the service
