Will never buy another appliance here again. The fridge handle is damaged and I can’t get anyone to take care of it. I was told it would be $100 for someone to come out. The store was supposed to get back to me and of course I heard nothing.

The salesman did not advise me that I needed a specific type of water connection. My connection is from 1991, and the installers would not (could not by policy) connect my fridge. You may not have a problem if your connection is newer. Regardless, the installers were very professional and cordial.

Product is ok, the two guys who did the installation and removal of the original were very rude, trying to make me look like a fool, speaking in Spanish about me (and I understood it because I know Spanish), I was not happy at all

Need to find new installers. First appliance didnt work, left the house a mess, doors wide open. Second appliance installed didn't know how to pit it back together after taking it apart.

Delivery never showed up on attempt #1 despite a phone call 20 minutes out. Delivery attempt #2 didn’t make it on the truck. Attempt #3 the crew had no instructions to bring fridge into house or haul away the old fridge.

The technician installed the new one but didn't take the old one as scheduled, because for the second time they came with 2 men instead of 4. I paid for U-haul and now I have a subzero in my living room.

No one showed up or even bothered too call, so pretty comical that it says service complete. Meanwhile my fridge is still sitting in my garage. This is the 3rd installation appointment your team blew us off. Thanks for nothing.

It became apparent that the installer did not want to hookup the ice maker to our water line. Immediately had an excuse about the fitting on the copper tubing, while I installed it with no problems. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this service. Or lack of quality actually.

The crew needs improvement created an extra unneeded water line

I've informed that the product will be delivered such date, but the bestbuy had to schedule 3 times for delivery date.

My house was damaged and the claim process has not been very easy. It has not been the best experience. They also didn't set everything up all the way. They lost one of the filters. And let all the plastic and tape on it.

Install was never completed. Main installer was supposed to return after speaking with the company. Haven't heard anything since. Ridiculous. Now I have a refrigerator where the water and ice are unable to be dispensed.

Had all the the proper hoses and they didn't even bother to ask about installation. Literally got it in the house and didn't even bother to take the tape off of the shelves and doors or anything. Ended up hooking up the water hose myself and installing the door handles. So much for installation included.

Best Buy didn't install the water line or ice maker my husband did. The delivery guys said they were the wrong lines so they couldn't install the lines they lied we bought everything from them. I wouldn't recommend them installing I think the guy just didn't want to or didn't know how .

Would give zero stars if I could. Delivery guys refused to hook up the water line said my copper line was corroded and could leak. It has no corrosion just some paint from wall. I hooked it up myself and its perfect.

They dropped off the new fridge, but did not connect it, nor did they take away the old one. The service techs called my mother in law a "fat pig", even though she was sitting in another room with absolutely nothing with the delivery people.

fridge was delivered, but not hooked up. not a huge problem but it took a minute to figure out I had to open the valves to the water line behind the fridge. just an inconvenience but still.... not what I bargained for

I had a fridge delivered and installed. The installers dented the fridge (on the side), scratched my walls, ruined my rugs with mud. They were not professional at all. It was raining out and they didn't even wipe down the fridge. Still waiting for resolution from Best Buy on this issue.

when purchase was made they did NOT tell us they will NOT install existing ice maker to water supply when hose to water supply is not metal but plastic as our is for our filtered drinking system. this should be told to purchaser @ time of purchase when delivery arrangements are made.

It duppose to come but didnt come i contacted yet didnot hear from them
