I will never buy from best buy again. I had to order 4 times & still do not have a white frig. Installation was incomplete. Had to higher another handy man to come finish.

the technician came in and looked at the existing water line and refused to install the refrigerator. So the $30 I opted to pay for actually buys a kit which just extends your current water line and comes with some tape.

They did not install the refrigerator. They said I needed a plumber. I should have been told in advance that they would not install ice maker and water line.

They didn’t place the fridge at the kitchen as we agreed on. They should have removed the doors first but I paid another people and it was done

Never saw the product. Geek squad just used their tool and put everything together. Waste of putting it down as a install

This is a joke. Why does it have take 3 days for a repair man to fix a refrigerator. Why can’t he get here today. So guess all my food will go bad now and it’s not like everyone has 2 refrigerators in there home.

Didn't attach right door correctly, I had to reinstall door. Ice machine wasn't turned, had to find out by myself.

The installers basically plugged it in and left with old refrigerator that they were not authorized to take. All the plastic wrap was left on for an 85 yr old woman to unwrap on her own.

Since the shutoff valve for the water was in the basement, they would not hook up the water. Did it myself.

This is NOT correct! The old refrigerator was removed because the water and ice maker didn't work. The new refrigerator was delivered and the water line is not hooked up, so I still have the same problem.

The installer did not have the correct screw driver with him to remove my existing water filter so instead of getting it he just ripped the unit from the wall. The screw is still in the wall. He did not demonstrate the basic operation. I had to ask if he leveled the unit.

Not only did my product arrive 5 hours after the deliver window it came with a rude 3rd party delivery company, door dings, missing equipment, and not a care in the world from anyone. 1 month later, still trying to get my door fixed, but nobody will help me, call me back, or make this right.

The guys who were send to do this didn’t do the installation they’re excuse supposedly was a plumbing job and they left my place

Was supposed to install my water line said they couldnt had a stove installed after and that team did it

they cut the waterline from my old fridge (which worked) instead of connecting to the new - just wrong!! Told me to call a plumber

The guy just came in without any tool and said "Sorry I can't fix it, the motor is broken, plus our company phone has been broken for months, so nothing I can do."

delivery made, water connection not completed during delivery. scheduling ice maker connection has been difficult, with communication being last minute for coordination

Had to hookup myself, was told they wouldn't hookup to existing water line. Store told me they would install a new valve but it was the same as I have a saddle valve. I couldn't see putting another hole in my pipe. Make sure the sales people explain the valve that is used.

Those guy first refused to deliver my refrigerator when I offered them tips then they delivered. How bad those guys kind of blackmail me.

Misleading- did not connect part had to hire a plumber to do it and it cost me more for an emergency installation. Delivery came 4/5 hours earlier than scheduled and we were forced to lose food and hire an emergency service.
