Flooding!!

Lesson learned - all of the extra money for an ice maker, as well as the contractors hired for $100 to run the water line - yet, no ice!!! The installer failed to mention he was having trouble with the install.

VERY poor service

They did not turn on the cooling, all my food spoiled. Nor did they provide me with the Stainless Steel waterline that they upsold to me.

Floor damaged

They pushed it across the room on the screws in which it sliced the vinyl flooring.

Poor Installation Experience

Stated the line was too short without even measuring. Did not replace plugs at the top after switching door opening side. Scratched wall when bringing the unit in.

Terrible experience, not professional at all

Installer half way did the job, left packing material inside, did not fully connect water line,tried to leave trash in kitchen. However when I called to report it, Bestbuy took care of it with not issue, or questions asked

They damaged my wall and couldn’t get the fittings on correctly. Had to hire an outside company to install my appliance. The installers also never showed for our initial appointment and lied about being there.

My fridge does not work!

After installation it does not even work. Technicians do not come at designated time die to which appointment keeps getting rescheduled. I don't think I'll ever buy from best buy again.
