They squeezed the water line behind the fridge so the fridge doesn't produce ice cubes. We have something like ~2 ice cubes an hour :( Very disappointing! Especially that this is a Thermador and costs a fortune

They refused to hookup the water line because it was plastic tubing. They told me that I needed to call a plumber.

When my Exchanged Refrigerator was installed the installers stated that I didn't need the New Water Kit. The Issue is that the installers Never Gave Me The New Water Kit for return for Credit to BB. Made many attempts to contact BB with no avail.

HORRIBLE. I got this item a month ago and immediately broke down. I’ve been trying to get ahold of Best Buy but literally no one has a straight answer for me. I have no fridge.

Refrigerator was NOT installed. Technicians said they were not allowed to connect water because of Best Buy policy. And I’m currently waiting for a plumber to complete installation

They did not connect it to the refrigerator correctly. When I got up the next day I had water all over my kitchen and had to take it off and reconnect it myself. I had no problems with the geek squad members who hooked up my dishwasher but these guys seemed to be just truck drivers

They could not figure out how to install it. Three teams came, but it seems they did not have good communication. So at the end, we had to return the refrigerator .

Delivery people would not bring into house. They said they couldn’t remove parts to fit through the door. I took measurements back to the store prior to this for confirmation that it would work and was assured that it would.

I had to wait two weeks after my initial installation date to receive my appliances. I was never communicated that my order was not being rescheduled. This mess up cost me over a thousand dollars in food I could not refrigerate.

They came 6 hours early knocked at 7 am one time and left called me 6 times went to someone else’s delivery then came back 4 hours early then didn’t set up the water line when I paid for it

The installer that dropped this off were the worst!! They wouldn’t install it because out floor was new?? I showed them there was no flooring where the range and fridge were to be installed they refused to install because they knew we were putting in new floors?? Worthless.

The installers were unable to connect to the existing water line as it was copper. They were unable/unwilling to disconnect the copper water line from under the sink and replace it with a new flex hose as I believed they would. Had to wait 2 additional days for a plumber.

Did not really need it Plus it was the wrong size.

The only “install” that was done was putting the fridge in the space and plugging it in. They did not hook up the ice machine

I was not informed that I needed to shut off the water valve prior to them coming. They came in for two seconds and decided to leave the refrigerator in my driveway for me to deal with on my own. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The installers who brought my fridge did an excellent job of getting the unit into the house and to it's location. That is where it ended. They were not equipped to connect the fridge to water. They did nothing to explain the operation. Here it is. Have a good day. See ya.

I paid for installation. It never happened. The team dropped the refrigerator off outside the window of time and left.

Total disaster. First refrigerator worked for 3 days then died. We were without a refrigerator for a week before it was replaced. This one also lasted 3 days then died.

Refrigerator was delivered with the door damaged. Replacement door has been ordered but the installation date has moved twice because the door has not arrived. At this point, I think I should have refused delivery.
