The delivery and installation crew did an outstanding job. Had to move an old refrigerator from our 2nd level condo and install a new French door refrigerator. No wall damage (even with a stairway with a 90 degree turn). Smooth and efficient. These guys can do it all.

My 17-year-old Kenmore refrigerator died and I bought this one as a replacement. It has more freezer space but the freezer fan noise is loud for me to have it in the kitchen where I stand a lot with the radio on top of it. It also makes a few weird noises that I'm not used to. It might be ok for a garage, but I can't live with it in my one-bedroom condo. I ended up getting exactly what I had before on Craig's list and I'm happy with that. Best Buy was excellent in retrieving the refrigerator they delivered without issue and I'm grateful.

Went well removed the old product and intalled the new hooked up the water and ice. However they dented the fredge so i had to call beatbuy and get refunded 15 percent do to a dent.

Omg they were an amazing Team they installed everything quickly and were right on time. He went over all of the features the refrigerator has with me and made sure I knew how to program the different settings. Excellent customer service thank you all so much.

Installers were professional and efficient. The only problem was that they left some tools and never returned my call alerting them to their loss

The two gentlemen that came did a great job, took their time making sure there was room to bring in the refrigerator. They had to remove the screen door in order to get it in, they were very patient. They make sure they explained everything and then put the screen door up and left

Delivery people were courteous and did nice work. They were cautious as they moved the new and old freezer. Overall they did a great job.

My 81 year-old mother recently purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator online, after I helped her navigate the process. Her previous refrigerator was over 30 years old and we were excited about the new technology and features. This excitement was somewhat tempered, however, by Covid 19 and the thought of strangers entering our house. I have been diligently protecting my mother and no one had entered our home until Best Buy delivered our new refrigerator. My concerns were diminished immediately upon meeting the installation pros delivering our new purchase. They were efficient, not one scratch, ding or dent getting our old fridge into the garage, and bringing our shiny stainless steel beauty in its place. More importantly, we felt secure, because of their safety protocols, which were seamless and appeared to be effortless on their part (which in reality is anything but). Thanks to their efforts in a little less than 60 minutes we had a new refrigerator in our kitchen and the only evidence that they had been here was a business card. Thank you Geek Squad!

Service was professional and excellent. Super knowledgeable and did a great job keeping my walls unscathed. The fridge has been amazing! Love the snack drawer and water pitcher!

The deliverymen were helpful, patient, respectful, and caring of the property and the new refrigerator, They hauled the old one away and brought the new one inside the house without problems. They installed the new refrigerator and made sure it works before leaving.

The install guys were very nice. They put the units right where we needed them, and took out the old ones.

Servicemen who delivered the unit were expert installers. They installed the handle on whichever side we requested (although we easily switched it later).

The two gentlemen that delivered our refrigerator were great. Their work order did not show installation of our recently purchased refrigerator and my wife I explained to them that it was supposed to. There was an error on the purchase order. They did not question us or hesitate and went forward with the installation. Very nice and respectful gentlemen.

We love the fridge. Sales staff were great! We paid for the water install. Best Buy sent a person to survey who said it would be easy. Day of work the person said no way. We had to hire a plumber. Fridge is really nice!

The guys did a nice job and were very polite. I appreciated their advise to throw the first batch of ice out-as that water was used to clear the line. The ONLY downside is they did not put the door handles back on the old fridge, I asked them to do so, but they put the top door handle on upside down. This should have been evident as the brand name on the handle was upside down. In removing the bottom handle the brand name had fallen off, so that wasn't a clue for that door. I did text them (I had the number from their call to advise they were on the way), but I did not get a response.

It was a complicated install due to the narrow entryways. The doors needed to be removed from both the outgoing and the incoming unit. The installers took great care to not damage anything. Great job!
