I had to find a hardware store that had the correct hose and install it myself. Nothing against the guys that hooked up the refrigerator, they just didn’t have the right hose.

Put fridge back and left...but never turned on the water so I had to move fridge out and turn it on. Plus never tested anything on fridge.

Waterline frig

I don't think they intakked this. Geek squad told me after leaving my waterline leaking they could not complete install because if leak. It wasn't leaking before they installed my frig!!!

I had to pick up and install myself, as the delivery date was pushed back 2+ weeks. They could have tried to bump someone else back 1 day to work us in. But didn't seem to care to help.

no installment fulfilled

The installers could not hook up the line because the existing line did not have a shutoff valve . The kit states everything you need to hook up your waterline-beware.

This fridge was never installed in my house and was never left there.

I wasted $30 on a ice maker supply line that I did not use because the guy opened up to use a gasket from the kit and still didn't get my ice maker hooked up. I ended up doing myself.

Terrible Installation and Horrible Service

Every time they come to fix, the problem continues and the techs are rude. Wishing I could return this refrigerator as it does not work well.

So they pulled it out to replace it and put a foot long scratch on the side. Geek Squad is too incompetent for words. They could have cared less.
