They delivered new fridge said that they only were required to hook water line to back of fridge not connect into water supply.paid for services they don’t complete

Recommended connection was too short

Had to go to Menards and purchase a longer hose. Shouldn't have had to purchase this product, especially since I only had the delivery option and not the installation option.

Has to reschedule pick up again. Very inconvenient!

Unprofessional

Unprofessional and left my refrigerator on the driveway instead of bringing it inside as promised. I had to bring in and install myself.

Poor installation!

Still haven't heard back from them on fixing their screw up. Not happy at all.

The freezer never gets to the correct operating temperature. The manual is useless as far as the explanation to set the units temperature. Very poor Whirlpool.

I called that day and scheduled an appointment for yesterday and waited until 8:00pm and no one showed or called.
