Horrible Service

The installation team does not work for Best Buy and they really do not care. Best Buy has great prices- yet I am willing to pay more next time not to deal with the installation crew!

Total Disaster

The first time they were 3 hours late and left because I asked for a supervisor.

Worse Experience Ever

Missing Tools

I checked all around the house and the inside of the refrigerator the tools are nowhere to be found. I don't think these tools came with the shipment.

I asked for a new door, havent heard back from them or got any information on anything.

What service.

My husband had to connect it to waterline when he arrived home from work. NOT SURE WHY THIS , BUT THIS WASN'T DONE BY DELIVERY

replacement of my water line did not take place

On the third appointment the technician connected a short new line to the existing damaged copper line that leaked on the floor.

Never worked

Hope it’s something minor with the ice and water dispenser just a minor hook up I like my refrigerator
