I love Best Buy!!! I was in the process of building a house (thank you Jesus). I wanted appliances from Best Buy and they allowed me to get the appliances during Black Friday sale with only $100 down! I got ALL the appliances I wanted which was the Tuscan stainless steel from Samsung set and at amazing prices. I even got a washer and dryer put on hold at the Black Friday price. I am just so amazed at Best Buy’s customer service. I ended up paying the remaining balance when my house was completed and they delivered each piece. Just very grateful. Thank you Jesus for Best Buy!!!! I now buy ALL my electronics from Best Buy as I know they will be the best prices in town and they will do me right if I have a return or questions!!! Get a Best Buy credit card. I don’t even like credit cards but I have a Best Buy one because this store cares about its customers.

I mean, it was a fridge, so all that it required was plugging it in and putting the handles and drawers in etc etc. But they did it well and I have no complaints! Which is really a lot more than some delivery companies do.

Best Buy technicians are always fast and knowledgeable

The service was performed well and on time, within the time range they specified. My only issue is that they were like, three four weeks out. That seems like an excessive amount of time.

I had just replaced the water line on my old fridge before it went out and told the sales rep at Best Buy I wasn't going to buy another water line so he wrote in for them to connect it but said it would be up to the installers since they had the final say. They hooked it up with no issues. Saved me the trouble.

Folks who came to deliver and install the refrigerator showed up way too early. But they did a good job with unpacking and installing everything. Showed where all the controls are and the how the features work. They did a clean job.

The geek squad could not have been more professional and efficient. They had to take a door off and quickly handled that. They carried it thru very narrow hall without mishap. They explained the use and proper cleaning of refrigerator!

Installers careful and skilled on bringing into house, up stairs and hooking up to water line.

They were installers more quick, polite, efficient, knowledgeable. I cannot ask for anything better They made very little mess, and quickly cleaned up what little mess they made.

The delivery people were on time and efficient once they arrived. They took great care with the doorways and the refrigerator. They took the time to explain the process and make sure all the packing tape was removed and the appliance operated normally.

On time, very polite, worked quickly. Didn't know how to work all the features but they did say they haven't installed as many Bosch fridges as some other brands. Just one minor thing: they showed us the "Vacation" setting before they left. So when we tried to get water later, nothing was working. We called the installer before realizing they left the fridge in vacation mode.Might be helpful to remind installers to put all settings back to normal before leaving.

Installation went perfectly, no issues and Geek squad was informative and quick. They did a perfect job and understood the importance of the freezer remaining in the upright position.

The installer's were in and out in just 10 minutes or so. Disconnected the old copper water supply line and installed the new flex type without a hitch. Very familiar with the product and courteous.

Efficient and made it much less worrisome to make sure it was set up correctly

The team are amazing and they have the ability and experience of what they are doing Also, they are very professional team members and very knowledgeable and very friendly and respectful

Delivery guys were courteous and very efficient. The delivery went smoothly.

They geek squad team was awesome. They called the week before to confirm my scheduled install and then again the day before. Additionally they called when they were in the way to my house. They showed up, assessed the area of the install and got to work. They were in and out in no time. Well worth the purchase.

I was working in my office when technician arrived. My roommate let him. He delivered installed, & was ready to leave when I took a break 30 mins later. Quick and professional.

They brought it, they put it where we wanted it, the plugged it in and gave us the paperwork and keys. It was a simple job and they kept it that way. I appreciated the lack of hassle.
