Delighted with the team sent to install the frig and remove the old one. Guys were great and careful getting it in and out. Answered my questions and gave me a chance to clean when the old frig was.

The guys that delivered and installed our new refrigerator were wonderful. They were very careful bringing it in and moving out the old one. They actually moved it into our garage and hauled off the REALLY old one in the garage. They were very friendly and made sure we understood everything and that all was working well. Thanks a bunch, Best Buy!!

Removed the water line from my old refrigerator and connected to the new refrigerator. Did not need the water line kit that I ordered. I was not refunded for the water line kit that was NEVER actually received either. So, this installment actually cost me the price for the water line. It was properly Installed so no complaints in that area.

The installation was great the workers came on time placed things where i asked told me about the stove mounts weather i should use it or not they came prepared with there own tools took away boxes and trash measured let me know how much space i had to work with

The delivery team was excellent. They were prompt, prepared, careful, clean and tidy, and moved through the house with a 28 cuft fridge like they had been doing it all their lives. I could not have asked for a more cooperative and careful team.

They gave us a 1:30-5:30 window. We were their last stop so I ended up waiting 4 hours for them. They disassembled the closer and catch from our storm door and reassembled them before they left. They brought a new water line connection though a water line was not needed and was not on the order. They noticed the box was damaged and saw that the back corner was dented at the warehouse but didn’t tell us until they got there. We pulled off all of the tape and protective film and adjusted the temperature. The next morning all seemed good.

The team was quick and efficient hooking up our new fridge to the water line.

Don’t try to install by you self just to safe a very minimal amount of money this guys are professionals and know what they are doing

It was wonderful receiving my new refrigerator. Better yet, not having to install it or move the old one. The guys were courteous and careful- they did a great job.

The people scheduling for the delivery could be more hands on and willing to physically call stores to have a more human approach to their service when issues arise. The delivery gentlemen themselves were absolutely professional and informative.

Your delivery and installation team, led by Jonathan, did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently! John explained what he did and how to operated our new refrigerator. We would recommend Best Buy and John for the excellent service we received!

We were contact to advise us delivery would arrive in approx. 30 min's. Handled removal of old refrigerator and placed new unit. Also connected water line after finding shut-off valve in kitchen (new home...still learning).
