It was my second time getting the geek squad services in my house and it was simply flawless. First they did my refrigerator and now they installed my electric slide in range. I have no complaints whatsoever! Totally recommend their services.very professional and quick.

Two very professional young men arrived on time as per our scheduled appointment. They installed our new refrigerator with ice maker. It took them under an hour to complete and the even refused a tip (who does that these days?) After 6 months We have had "ZERO" problems. Also the young man in charge gave me his personal cell, if we did have any questions.

This install was completed with ease! They brought it up the flight of stairs to the kitchen with no issues. Once they put it together and installed the water connections, they ensured it was working properly and cleaned up after.

Very pleased with the delivery and set-up. There was damage which was not visible until it was unboxed. The service man took a picture of the damage, submitted a report and sent it in before he left. I got a call back within an hour to address the problem to see if I wanted a replacement or a gift card. Since it was on the back and no working parts were damaged we accepted the gift card.

The gentleman that delivered and set up my new LG refrigerator were very polite, we’re very careful when bringing in the refrigerator through the doorway. They provided information the care and maintenance of the refrigerator. The answered all my questions and were very pleasant. I happy that I made this purchase from Best Buy.

Guillen and Aguilera from A CTCI Delivery efficiently installed this Samsung refrigerator. They took the time to remove and discarded the plastic covering every nook and cranny. They ensured that the water was dispensing.

Delivery showed up within the stated time, but not happy in the end. I have two gouges in my door jamb, the storm door is also scratched up. This happened because they didn't remove the handle mounts, but instead just forced the fridge through the opening. As for removing all packing materials and having it ready to use when they leave, not even close. There was styrofoam left on the counter, no big deal, but all the tape and foam packing was left for me to take care of. I was really happy to find packing materials in the ice maker even though they turned it on. What a letdown this experience was.

The installers did a wonderful job! Efficient, polite, and courteous.

Our techs knew what they were doing! They had all the tools needed, they walked me through the features on my new fridge, and took all the plastic wrap off. They hooked it all up and made sure it was working. They told me how much ice and water to make before consuming. Very personable.

The mini freezer was delivered and installed in my kitchen. The delivery guys adjusted the freezer legs to stop the wiggling. They also explained the temperature settings and how to defrost safely to avoid flooding the kitchen floor. Am very satisfied on how Geek Squad handled the delivery and installation timely. Happy with my mini freezer.

The installation of my new refrigerator was quick and with no issues. The team went to work quickly and had it installed in no time. The guys were friendly and showed me some of the features of the new refrigerator before they left.

When my new refrigerator came. The guys called me 30min before getting here to unload my new refrigerator which gave me time to remove everything out of my old refrigerator. They were very careful to bring the new refrigerator and taking the old one. Thank you for the great service.

I couldn’t be more happy with my Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with an icemaker built in in the bottom drawer freezer! The touch panel to control everything inside of the fridge is a nice touch! Very upscale for the price.

Delivery crew was very polite, professional and installed my new refrigerator so quickly and easily. They also moved my old refrigerator with ease and completed the job before I knew it. This our fourth major appliance from Best Buy. and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend buying appliances from Best Buy with installation.
