Very easy and works great. No leaks from anywhere.

We purchased a new Samsung black stainless steel French Door Refrigerator. The installers did a very nice job. They moved our old refrigerator, relocating to our garage, and installed the new one with no issues at all.

Excellent product. Works great, plenty of storage room in both refrigerator and freezer compartment.

The installers sent out with our refrigerator were great. They pointed out a defect before bringing it into the house which saved me a bunch of money. They installed our frig without removing the door and the unit worked great.

Well in the process of trying to get this refrigerator delivered was a nightmare but after a bunch of yelling screening and cussing I finally got it delivered a month ago in July but my daughter is satisfied

We did not have an install with our water line - we bought a refrigerator without an ice maker

The guys who delivered and installed our refrigerator were great. Once installed without any damage to my house or the fridge, they went over the features and how to operate the fridge. Very nice and answered all my extra questions. They also hooked up the ice maker water supply line and I have not had any issues.

This is an update to a my initial review, which wasn't very good because of the lack of communication between the installation team and the sales team. It took Best Buy nearly 3 weeks to deliver the refrigerator. However, after a third attempt of installing the refrigerator, I am happy to say it went smoothly. They even compensated me for my spoiled groceries and for the added delay/frustration.

Have had this for a few month now. Works perfectly. We love the water pitcher feature.

The fridge was installed correctly and works great. I just had some issues with the installation. The installers were nice enough though it was hard communicating because they didn't speak much English. They asked to borrow my tape measure so they could measure the front door and they took it with them when they left, so now I no longer have a good tape measure. They had to remove the front door to get the fridge through. When they put the door back on, they scraped up the door and installed the top hinge pin incorrectly. I didn't see it at first so they were gone by the time I realized I couldn't get my front door open all the way because the top hinge doorstop was facing the wrong way. I called and asked them to return my tape measure and I was told they'd get a message to the installers but they never returned it. I had my son re-do the top hinge on the door (which they also bent) so I can get the door open all the way now. I'll have to re-stain the door where they scratched it up. I'm happy with the fridge but disappointed about the installation part. You shouldn't have to fix or replace things after the installers leave.

The two men who installed my new refrigerator were terrific. They knew what they were doing and were efficient and quick, without cutting any corners. I watched.

The delivery crew was very friendly, took all Covid precautions, and completed the installation in a timely manner. We also paid the extra fee for relocation of existing refrigerator and that task was completed just as quickly and with the same attention to detail.

They were very good at their job, whole job was done in 10min. unbox, put it exactly where I wanted it, gave me the manual, plugged it in, turned it on. I'm in a wheelchair, so that means a lot.

Love this refrigerator fits perfectly in the small space with all the options of the larger units. The ice maker is located in the door which allows for more shelf space inside the refrigerator. It is very roomy and stylish. So far so good no water leek like reported in some of the reviews.alm
