Install was quick and easy. Installers were respectful and answered any questions

Subcontracted installers Didn’t bring proper tools to install waterline for my new refrigerator. Very nice gentlemen, but they said they were limited for the waterline install. The point is it’s deceiving about the installation service from Best Buy. Lowe’s does entire install.

The installation crew came promptly and on time. They also notified you approximately when they will get there. The installation was relatively do e quickly but they identified amy issues and workarounds.

We were delighted to get our new refrigerator delivered and installed within two days. The deliverers/installers were prompt, gave us good notice, and worked very efficiently to remove our matching old refrigerator and install the new one, hooking up the existing water supply, etc. They did leave some of the tape/wrap from the drawers and shelving which we removed without any problem.

The installers were professional, knowledgeable and got everything working quickly. I'm very pleased with the BB install service!

The Best Buy delivery personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone. I should note that there was no water hookup required - just removal of the old frig and placement of the new frig.

The delivery crew arrived on time and were very professional. They first reviewed options for getting the older unit out of the way and suggested a better path through the house for bringing in the new one. Their lifting strap system made it super easy to remove the old refrigerator and place the new one without needing to use a dolly on our floors.

Both service technicians took great pride on getting new fridge in house with no issues and connected to water line.

I recently had a refrigerator installed. The installation crew of 2 was on time, polite, skilled, and efficient. The head installer even offered advice on how to run and care for my new appliacne. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The guys that delivered the refrigerator, moved it into position, and installed it....did an EXCELLENT job! Everything functions perfectly, and they were professional, curtious, and we could not be more pleased!
