The service of my refrigerator being delivered is set up to excellent service is a great job

This was so worth the $0.00 I spent having my fridge installed. I would gladly spend ten, no, a hundred times that much to not have to do it myself. Next time you buy a fridge, I highly recommend splurging and spend the $0.00 to have it installed.

Had my own new waterline connection come in with the fridge, and set up was quick and easy! They were in and out, hauling away my old fridge and bringing in and setting up my new one, in less than 25 minutes. Both wore shoe protectors and masks the whole time and were very kind.

They were really great service guys. Delivery service was very professional. They even took the time to make sure everything was functioning properly and showed me how to work the controls.

The installation of Samsung - 27.4 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Stainless steel Model: RS27T5200SR and take away of 11 year old refrigerator was conducted very professionally and very much to my overall satisfaction by the Best Buy Installation Team.

No problems with installing the refrigerator, it was an easy install for a basic refrigerator with no ice maker to install. Installer was quick and efficient

The 2 guys were probably the most efficient refrigerator installers I have ever had. They knew what they were doing from getting through the narrow doorway to how to pivot in the other room to get into the kitchen.

Communication prior to delivery was good and punctual. Fridge was delivered and installed without issues. The tenants were happy. I wasn’t even there :) great!

Purchased an appliance from Best Buy. It was delivered as they started. They were very polite and respectful. They explained everything about the installation and what they were doing. Took the old appliance and left everything clean.

Item was damaged. Two dents on one of the fridge door. I let the person who delivered and installed it know, his answer was "Im only the delivery guy,call the store." Went to store and gave me the geek squad number.finally after talking to a human and not a machine, he stated that the 15 day trial period had already expired, best he could do was give some credit. I ended up getting 150 dollars off a 1500 dollar item . Seems pretty unfair to me.

They did the job and did it well. Everything was in and installed appropriately.

The guys came in and set this up for me pretty quickly. Little professional in the service was quick and I haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend.

Both guys were professional. It took them about 15 minutes to install new refrigerator and remove the old one. They called before arrival and showed me different features and how to set them before leaving my home.

It does make a noise like mooing but I only hear it when I’m in the kitchen with it. It was delivered and the guys were nice but they left packing tape and cardboard in the fridge and didn’t level the fridge. It’s about an inch too low in the back. The bottom shelf on the door has broken and leaned forward. I didn’t notice the door wasn’t closing well at the bottom until today. I wish I’d waited to get the LG I wanted, but it had been out of stock.

Always had good experience with best buy home delivery. The guys are thorough, friendly and pay attention to details. We got fridge delivered and take away the old one. The guy explained key features and things to take care before first time use.

Installers where on time and great thinking outside of box for any problems that would arise. My new stove installed was a open box product one of the leveling legs wouldn't work right. Installer suggested a small piece of wood i cut to leavel it up. Worked great.

Connected to the water line w/o any issues. Working well.
