Geek squad installed new fridge very quickly and didnt have any issues.

The two men who installed my new refrigerator were terrific. They knew what they were doing and were efficient and quick, without cutting any corners. I watched.

Delivery was not the best, they were not happy about going the extra mile about taking refrigerator doors off due to the fridge not fitting through the door. The ended up doing but declined to check the doors after setting it up. The doors were not even and I didn't notice so I had to call best buy and they sent some technicians to fix it. Easy fix and they were very friendly compare to the previous delivery crew.

The delivery, installation and haul away was great. There were 3 guys so everything went very smooth.

I rate them 5 stars because they were fast and efficient. THey took the old refrigerator with no problems and installed the new one very quickly. They had excellent people skills and kept me laughing as we talked.

The installation crew was very careful and caring on the unit they brought in. They even went through the basics of the refrigerator. The water didn’t work immediately but figured it out that the hose was being pinched. They fixed it!! Great Service!

Was so impressed with installation of our refrig. Friendky, efficient and knowledgeable. Very neat and took care not to damage hardwood floors. Geek squad has come a long way and i am very impressed.

I think the product is okay but it was delivered damaged. Just another in a long list of issues with Best Buy. Terrible customer service and the delivery service they use won’t try to adapt to the situation needed for proper installation. At the slightest variance they immediately leave without resolving the installation. They don’t care in the slightest if you are unhappy or dissatisfied because they don’t work for Best Buy. I ended up having to hire my own installation company for my washer dryer and now I’m waiting to get a replacement refrigerator because they delivered a damaged unit. Absolutely inexcusable issues at every turn. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to get your appliances. It’s definitely not worth the hassle.

The Geek Squad guys did a GREAT job removing the old refrigerator and unpacking the new refrigerator and getting it into the house without damage to the house or to the appliances. Also very friendly and courteous. I'd gladly have them come back for future installations.

The refrigerator was installed quickly without much of a fuss. Works well. The only item was a loose handle, but they returned quickly to fix it after only one call.

Had a time for delivery, was on time. Nice men. Water was installed with existing water line, made sure it was working right before they left.

Took great care to make sure they did not damage floors, walls or furniture. Cared about theor job.

The freezer is just as advertised. It is a pleasure to have a product operate as expected.
