Delighted with the team sent to install the frig and remove the old one. Guys were great and careful getting it in and out. Answered my questions and gave me a chance to clean when the old frig was.

Fits great in my small kitchen and fine for a small family.

The guys came in and set this up for me pretty quickly. Little professional in the service was quick and I haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend.

Best Buy delivery men were prompt and courteous. Quickly installed our new fridge, hooked up our existing waterline to the ice maker. They were very careful not to scratch our walls or floors, and patiently showed us how to use the settings on our new appliance. They also removed the old appliance and took all the packing material with them. Great service!

Communication prior to delivery was good and punctual. Fridge was delivered and installed without issues. The tenants were happy. I wasn’t even there :) great!

Install guys did a great job hooking everything up. They were careful and asked me before doing anything that they thought could damage anything in my house.They called twice ahead of time, once at the beginning of the day to remind me of the appointment and once again after they left the house before heading to my house. Overall the guys did a great job.

This Whirlpool refrigerator is just as it was advertised. I am very happy with the purchase. It was not right, after the first delivery. The day after we received the refrigerator we noticed frost forming in the top area of the freezer side. I called Best Buy to see what could done to fix the problem. At that time they told me they would be replacing the unit rather than offering to do any repairs. A short time later the Best Buy truck was at my house with the replacement and a very short time later they were leaving with the defecting one. The second refrigerator is working just as expected and the guys who delivered the refrigerator were very professional and friendly. I have no complaints with the Best Buy experience we had.

The delivery guys didn't remove the plastic covers and didn't level the refrigerator they said it was my floor and i found the leveling pieces in the installation box after they left

Product works as good as it looks. I especially like the green light under the door that indicates the unit is working. Having the light inside works great for a dark garage.

Easy to get ice maker/water working. Just remember to cycle through a couple of gallons of water first before drinking any and do a throw out the first load or 2 of ice to insure the lines are cleaned out. Other than than it has been a great replacement. And no, I don't want my refrigerator to make coffee. I have a regular Keurig for that.

Bought a few months ago, and we've had no issues so far. Does what it's supposed to do. The water coming out of it had a synthetic plasticky taste for about a week and then cleared up. Seems quiet enough, haven't noticed it. We haven't used the decorative ice feature, yet.

Works great fits out kitchen Cons Fridge door has a hitch doesn’t open smooth It will try to close on you hard if not open all the way. Small children beware

Delivery crew was prompt, efficient and polite. They removed and hauled out the old dead fridge and installed my new Samsung in less than 45 minutes. I definately reccomend buying the Total Tech package for this if nothing else.

Excellent, careful, on time, communicated well. Installed fridge with care. Friendly. They wouldn’t move old fridge to garage but I guess we didn’t hire them to do that. That’s what they said.

No leaks. Must be working right. Finally have water!
