I used this service for a fridge and dishwasher installation. The professionals involved were careful and thorough. They tested and explained everything before they left.

The guys that brought my Samsung Frig were amazing.....they took out my old one and put in the new one in a record time also they were very careful and informative giving instructions on what and how to do everything.

Father son duo installation performance was effective and exceptionally smooth with politely in answering my questions.

Despite having some missing parts to stabilize the refrigerator, the installers were able to allow the immediate use of the product with some substitute items until the parts needed were able to be installed.

As described. They were unable to complete my installation due to issues with my house but they did spend quite a good amount of effort to try and get the job done. When the problem was identified they gave me suggestions on how to go about fixing it and said not to hesitate to call back for further assistance.

Best Buys' Home Delivery of our new 23 cubic feet LG refrigerator included removal of a 23 y/o Kenmore Elite. They assured the new stainless steel water hose was long enough for cleaning behind and under the new fridge. Everything I needed to know about the new LG was explained clearly. Refridge works well and is quite Good quality product. Freezer and refrigerator is really cold. Would recommend to anyone Only item I wish was upgraded are the shelves Would like them to be glass or plastic instead Of wire.

It's a good idea to have the installers professionally connect refrigerator to your existing water supply line and make sure everything is working so you don't have any problems later.

I was so worried the installers were going to dent my refrigerator, or just be rough with it, but what a surprised! these guys are pros!they were so quick and carefull, when they were completed they explained all funtions of the refrigerator, i was really happy with their installation!

Carefully unboxed and brought into kitchen and hooked up supply line for ice maker, Professional workmanship performed with care.

The team from Best Buy did a great job. The fridge was so big it needed to be partial disassembled and then reassembled, which they did with no complaints. They were professional and efficient.

Installers were great. Efficient 2 man crew, pulled out the old fridge, removed old water line, installed the water line purchased at Best Buy, put the new fridge in place leveled it and were on their way to the next delivery.

Delivery team spot on! Very professional, came at the allotting time, knew their business and made the install seem effortless, though I know its not an easy job.

Geek squad guys do an awesome professional job in doing any kind of installation around the house i strongly recommend you getting them if you wanna have that perfect look on anything you need around your house!

The technicians didn’t install the fridge, they wanted to leave it on my driveway because I’m going to use the fridge as a second fridge, I asked why they will do such a thing, they said that’s what my order said, they’re not required to bring the fridge into my house, well, I told them if they won’t bring the fridge in the house, they’ll have to take it back to Best Buy, I won’t accept the merchandise. That’s when the bulb lite up in their heads, they brought the fridge in the house, they didn’t even take the fridge wraps and plastic off, after taking the plastic off myself, I realized they also left the fridge box and styrofoam on my driveway, these guys are really lazy folks. This is the third fridge I bought from Best Buy, but this delivery guys are lazy bones.

Have had this for a few month now. Works perfectly. We love the water pitcher feature.
