The service was excellent. I had to move quickly as my old fridge died. Excellent service online to purchase and schedule delivery which was next day! The team was fabulous. Arrived as scheduled, handled the job perfectly and swiftly and did it all without scratching my floor. Fabulous.

Fast and quick. Professional service. Did not leave until all was tested and operating correct.

Delivery and set up with removal was efficient and easy…the fridge is huge and the doors are toe killers…be warned.

Fridge wouldn’t fit due to door depth. We tried to just stop the install and return right then. Installed wouldn’t and told us we’d have to set another appt for return pick up. That was a lie. So we had to take another afternoon off work for the pick up. Floors were also damaged by installers sliding the fridge sideways across floor. Even though the fridge only rolls front and back.

Overall good experience with the delivery and installation. Left minor scratches on the refrigerator.

Delivery was fine, but 1st fridge made lots of noise and rattles. Best Buy replaced unit. 2nd unit is fine....

The two young men who delivered my refrigerator made such an impression on me that, in the future when I need another appliance, Best Buy will be my No 1 choice. They delivered my refrigerator and installed it respecting my concerns, tight dimensions and pitched floor and most of all they listened to me!

2 men came on time and installed new refrigerator and took my old one out it was done with care and speed

If you know someone personally that can deliver and properly install your appliances I highly recommend you go that route. I was warned from friends and other best buy shoppers that the delivery crew is not the best, but I thought I would give it a try myself since I most likely wouldn't get the same crew. I had a delivery scheduled for Thursday between 4pm and 8pm. As with any other major purchase that was going to be delivered I would have been given a curtesy call the night before with a two hour frame of expected delivery, but did not receive one so I had to rearrange my schedule to sit at the house for 4 hours until they showed up. I got a call 7 minutes before 7pm from the delivery guys saying they are 15 minutes away, so I overlooked not having a call the night before. I expected my brand new refrigerator to be delivered without any dents or scratches as would anyone else buying brand new appliances. The guys greeted me and were pretty friendly when they arrived. They unloaded the fridge and unboxed it outside on the side of the street. Spent about 10 - 15 minutes outside doing something with it and then they finally rolled it in. I noticed a huge scratch on the right side after he had mentioned it quietly to his buddy and then I saw him put his arm over it to hide it... When I asked him about it he acted like he hadn't seen it yet and said he could offer a discount for it. I told him I would prefer one that's not damaged since that is what I was expecting. My boyfriend said "I don't live here so it's not my call, but yeah I agree that you guys should bring her a new one because that's a pretty bad scratch." One of the guys then said "if you don't live here why are you suggesting things to her?" I told them that regardless of who lives here I want a new fridge without any damage. They got frustrated and started to pack the fridge back up and didn't say a word until I had to sign a document stating that I refused the product. I was also told that i would be called the next morning to reschedule the delivery, but never received that call. When I buy something brand new, especially appliances, I expect it to be delivered with care.

They were quick and efficient. When I came back from work it was up and working good. Just had to clean it and it’s been working well since then.
