Installers did great job. Removed old refrigerator and installed new with much care. They explained how to use new one. Everythinge works good.

This particular refrigerator is loud at times and cycles on and off frequently. I returned it once and was brought another unit, this new unit has the same issue.

They came twice to install, but the first crew really did not want to and came up with a problem that included me hiring a plumber which I did. The second crew was excellent and did a fantastic job. Best Buy reinbursed me for the plumber as it was not needed in the first place.

The first appointment for installation left a bad experience as I question the integrity of the initial installers. They claimed I was not home, when in fact I was, and took photos of my mailbox and house which even the in-store reps said it looked as if they drove by my house and took the picture, which I agree. However, the second appointment, with installers Barry and Michael who were professional, efficient, precise, HIGHLY qualified, concluded or me a wonderful experience.

Both Guy's were very professional and Very Friendly. Delivered a Stand up Freezer. Cannot say much about the installation as this was pretty much a bring it in through the garage, turn left. set it down, Plug it in. They did level it out and they did exercise caution not to bang it into any walls or doorway as they were bringing it in.
