Refused to connect the water hose

Your delivery men refused to install or connect the water hose to the existing water pipe, even though I selected your installation option with my purchase of haul away service. 2. Best Buy failed to deliver my gas range to 815 S Cypress Ct on time in 2025, then it failed to deliver this refrigerator on time in Feb 2025. Best Buy canceled its own delivery appointment without giving me any reason, delayed its delivery, so caused my delay in putting my house on the market with my new refrigerator. My husband and I had to call many times because Best Buy employees kept passing us around without a solution. We went thru nightmares twice at Best Buy, but it never compensated my time and sufferings so far, despite my complaints filed thru its own employees.

These guys are professional, prompt, courteous and know what they are doing. If you can request them, do it. You will not be disappointed and the install will be done right.
