    The physical delivery was fine but the delivery guys failed to install the stabilizer feet. I tried to do it myself but couldn’t due to the awkwardness and weight - cannot hold it up while screwing them on. Odd design. Best Buy was made aware and I received a follow up call but no one ever came to resolve the issue.

    Paid for the extras for nothing. No screws to put the handles on. I waited one week and told the parts were ordered and when the guy came, no parts were ordered. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to order the parts. I am a first and last time customer with Best Buy!!

    Delivery was made on time. The men were very nice and were careful to not bump into walls or doors. I was informed via email exactly when they would be arriving.
