    The excellent quality water supply lines was provided with the refrigerator. It was easy to install. Also, I was provided with an adeptor to convert existing water line.

    I said in my deliver instructions there was only half an hour the whole day I could not be home because I have to get my daughter at school. That is when the delivery came out of a 12 hour window. I had a friend come over to help so I could pick up my kid. As soon as I left she called me to say they could not turn off the water to the old fridge so they put the new fridge in the garage and left. My husband came home from work and figured it out right away but professional installers could not? My husband has spent the last two hours trying to switch out the refrigerators by himself because the delivery men abandoned the job. If a person who does not do this professsionally can figure it out and switch out the fridges by himself, a team of two people who do this for their job should have been able to figure out the water and actually deliver my fridge for the service I paid for.
