    The delivery came on time, however, it was supposed to include installation, and there was one excuse after another about why they could not do the installation. My son ended up doing the entire water installation.

    The installation team initially refused to hook up the fridge to the water line. I literally couldn't understand what the dude was trying to tell me, other than "you'll figure it out." So I asked his installation partner why they couldn't do the install, so I could hire someone else. He said I didn't buy the right installation kit, but they could do it for me for "50 bucks, cash." I never understood what the problem was that couldn't be solved other than by me slipping them $50. It took them all of 5 minutes.

    I am rating this product with 3 stars due to the fact that it was damaged when it arrived. I have since received a brand new refrigerator and have not had any problems.

    Delivery men were fast and efficient but they neglected to tell me that all of my shelving and everything I needed for the freezer and fridge were taped inside my fridge. I have a galley kitchen and can’t open the fridge wide enough to remove and relocate shelving. Neither of them mentioned it or offered assistance. They then told me to give them a good review. They also didn’t honor the return at installation of an unneeded piece after I called customer service and altered my order to indicate this.
