Have had three calls to re-schedule the delivery appointment. Each time the appointment was pushed back. Though purchased in September, delivery is now scheduled for late January. The last two calls were made by non-English speakers who were difficult to understand.

ridiculousy stupid and dumb. Next time bring along a plumber to complete the complexity of the things you think your common sense can't handle.

They never came out to install and haul the refrigerator. I've called multiple times to schedule the service. I would get a service date and time and still they never came out. So I needed up having to install the fridge myself and haul the other one away. So I paid for a service that was never done

Refrigerator Delivery crew put the Refrigerator on its side, then on its back in the process of bringing from the truck to the kitchen. This is known to potentially harm the refrigerator.

Poor service, They never took the old fridge even though we paid for that service. Delivery guy was rude and claimed that he couldn't connect the water line to the new fridge, gave us some story how it would flood the kitchen floor if he had to do it. I ended hooking it up myself. Worse experience ever

Technicians were unwilling to unhook old Refrigerator and hook up new one in its place. If you’re paying for an installation they should be able to handle every part

Item was not delivered on correct day. When finally delivered, install and haul away was 2 days after. Had new one and old one in the kitchen at the same time

An absolute nightmare. It has me questioning whether I will ever do business with Best Buy/Pacific Sales again.

Just left refrigerator in the middle of kitchen and was told he could not hook up water line because, I needed a shut off valve next to it ? Seemed like they were rush rush, next time will make purchase else where.

Delivery guys would not install our pedestals with the washer and dryer, but they hooked up the machines anyway. Waste of time since I have to uninstall the machines to put the pedestals on myself. All they did was create more work for me. Would not recommend.

i still do not have the correct part for my freezer.. your people have not responded to the many phone calls and e-mails i have sent nor have the store personal mgt been any help. not a good company to buy from.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Did not install my Water line to my new fridge or even leave the kit I paid for as well.

Still waiting on the refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered and installed this week.

They unpacked the new refrigerator and took the old one, but they didn't make sure it was level.

Installer noticed a scratch on refrigerator. He reported it. No follow up. Why have I not heard from you?

Installation of my fridge was a huge pain. BestBuy was very unclear about what the "required" in order to be able to install.

They should just include this with the purchase. It’s basically plugging in the refrigerator, there’s no ice maker hook up or anything else.

I purchase the service to install the icemaker and when the delivery truck came the guy told me that he didn’t do that kind of service

Poor service and communication. I would recommend product but not service.
