They had to take a door off and quickly handled that. They carried it thru very narrow hall without mishap. They explained the use and proper cleaning of refrigerator!

Fast, easy delivery!

The delivery people worked quickly but also safely to get the item into my 2nd story condo without any damage done. What more can you ask for?

The refrigerator is beautiful and suits our needs. I love the third drawer for quick access to sandwich meats and condiments. I especially love the inability to leave fingerprints.

They arrived on time, removed old fridge and installed the new one in few minutes. Installer made sure fridge was leveled and gave us quick run down on the important things to know about the new fridge.

Managed to get my old fridge out &new fridge in on a cold, icy day. Very helpful getting my new fridge up & running. White glove service! Would highly recommend

This is not a DIY job in my opinion. The installation needed two people since it is very big. We got a short instruction on the controls. Working good.

I was in the process of building a house (thank you Jesus). I wanted appliances from Best Buy and they allowed me to get the appliances during Black Friday sale with only $100 down! I got ALL the appliances I wanted which was the Tuscan stainless steel from Samsung set and at amazing prices. I even got a washer and dryer put on hold at the Black Friday price. I am just so amazed at Best Buy’s customer service. I ended up paying the remaining balance when my house was completed and they delivered each piece. Just very grateful. Thank you Jesus for Best Buy!!!! I now buy ALL my electronics from Best Buy as I know they will be the best prices in town and they will do me right if I have a return or questions!!! Get a Best Buy credit card. I don’t even like credit cards but I have a Best Buy one because this store cares about its customers.
