Our two installers were by far the best installers I have had! I can not stress enough how professional and knowledgeable Jack and Sedrick are. Their customer service made me forget about the troubles I had with this order!

Delivery/installation guys die a great job. Arrived early in the scheduled time frame. Unloaded and installed the new fridge in a second, being careful of the doorways and walls. Hauled off the old fridge, so I didn’t have to worry with it.

Andrey and Gregory were awesome. They came on time and installed the refrigerator quick and easy. They also gave me starter tips so I knew what to expect with initial use. Kudos to them. I hope they are available for my next appliance purchase and installation.

Delivery/installers called in the morning to provide a smaller window for their arrival time which was nice and called when heading to our house. They were pleasant. They were trying to work quickly because of additional deliveries they had. I suppose that’s why they didn’t see the tapes that were still left on the refrigerator shelf brackets. I didn’t see the tapes until later too. Want to remove when it’s cooler because food needs to be taken out too.

Friendly installers and fast service. They installed the refrigerator fast and let the area clean.

Installation for the refrigerator was just fine. Hooked up and everything worked perfectly. Positioned it right where we wanted it.

The service was performed well and on time, within the time range they specified. My only issue is that they were like, three four weeks out. That seems like an excessive amount of time.

Love the free delivery and install. They came in, space was available right inside my door. Easy path, no more than a few min. to have it installed. Really, removing some packaging and plugging it in. The workers were so friendly.

The first freezer didn’t work. Motor ran, but didn’t freeze. They picked it up and delivered new one. New run is fine. Runs well and freezes. Delivery and installation went well.
