In and out like an 1 hump chump. But they really done a good job once they decided to stop for us when we had to flag them down.

Easy to install. It is appears to being doing the job, It's necessary to get one and was nice to have it delivered with the appliance.

The guys too our old fridge away, delivered new one, took all packing materials with them.

The guys were very careful with the new refrigerator. They did a great job installing it and then hauling away the old one. They even helped with taking away some of the drawers of the old one which I had taken out. The team was courteous, clean, and did a great job.

I think the product is okay but it was delivered damaged. Just another in a long list of issues with Best Buy. Terrible customer service and the delivery service they use won’t try to adapt to the situation needed for proper installation. At the slightest variance they immediately leave without resolving the installation. They don’t care in the slightest if you are unhappy or dissatisfied because they don’t work for Best Buy. I ended up having to hire my own installation company for my washer dryer and now I’m waiting to get a replacement refrigerator because they delivered a damaged unit. Absolutely inexcusable issues at every turn. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to get your appliances. It’s definitely not worth the hassle.

I thought the installer did a good job, and was helpful in cleaning the space when the old refrigerator was removed. However, he could have spent more time showing how everything worked.

Everybody should definitely buy from Best buy, the whole process was as easy as making a sandwich and burping literally in and out in a half an hour, their team is next to nobody they are the best I've ever seen I will definitely make all my purchases from them regardless of price for now on it's just the atmosphere and the people that make me feel that way they treated me like family and that's how I treat my customers so I know what they tell me is the truth not like the other people that I won't say their brand

Really like this product. Delivery guys were great. They were here and dine very fast but did a great job. Love this fridge it fits perfectly in my cabinets. Highly recommend especially for the price.

Professional and clean install, on time and no complaints! There were a few scheduling challenges.

The installers seemed to be in a big hurry. They first said they couldn't install the waterline kit but then they did? They showed me the refrigerator was level but when you opened the door it rocked front to back. A week later the next installer adjusted the doors and it is better now.

Great refrigerator works well. We swapped out same model 4 years old with the same one. Happy with the results so far.

I really like the counter depth. Wanted a fridge without ice maker or water. This has neither. I like that, as I don't use ice, and an ice make takes up space.
