The first freezer didn’t work. Motor ran, but didn’t freeze. They picked it up and delivered new one. New run is fine. Runs well and freezes. Delivery and installation went well.

Great install! Delivery guys were polite, did their job in a professional way, and we were in business with our new fridge.

Best Buy to exit job installing and taking away my old refrigerator

Delivery/installation was done professionally and the technicians were knowledgeable and kind.

They did a great job of hooking the new refrigerator's water line (for the ice maker) up to the copper fitting that came out of the wall. They had to use an adjustable wrench, so it was really complicated. They had a lot of knowledge on how to turn the brass fitting to tighten it to the copper fitting. AMAZING!!

The refrigerator is a great look and size for a smaller area in my rental property. Delivery arrived as scheduled and delivery men were exceptionally nice.

I had just replaced the water line on my old fridge before it went out and told the sales rep at Best Buy I wasn't going to buy another water line so he wrote in for them to connect it but said it would be up to the installers since they had the final say. They hooked it up with no issues. Saved me the trouble.

Delivery team was right on time, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Install was super easy and they took away my old appliance. Very happy with this service.

Both men were very efficient and friendly. The refrigerator was taken out and the new one was brought in very quickly. The door reversal was done quickly as well, even though the kit was short 2 screws. Also the fridge was sent with no water connection hose, so a special trip was made to pick one up.

Very impressed with delivery and install. very professional and spent time testing everything and answering questions.

The installer's were in and out in just 10 minutes or so. Disconnected the old copper water supply line and installed the new flex type without a hitch. Very familiar with the product and courteous.

The guys showed up right on time and brought the whole team. Not only the two guys who were actually bringing in the frig, but also two guys from Geek Squad to do any hookups or what ever. The frig was ready to go and didn't need their services, but they were available. The delivery guys did a great job. They were very polite, professional and cleaned up after them selves. They geek squad team was awesome. They called the week before to confirm my scheduled install and then again the day before. Additionally they called when they were in the way to my house. They showed up, assessed the area of the install and got to work. They were in and out in no time. Well worth the purchase.

This was my second experience with Jordan, and he was excellent again! He is very courteous and professional and exhibits extraordinary customer service skills in the way he speaks, tone of voice, patience, and friendliness. He also performed his tasks efficiently and effectively, completing his work accurately and quickly. He had his partner with him this time, but I can’t remember his name and Jordan did most of the work this time. The partner was friendly, courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend both of them.

The team from Best Buy did a great job. The fridge was so big it needed to be partial disassembled and then reassembled, which they did with no complaints. They were professional and efficient.
