The delivery team did an exceptional job. Clear instructions were provided about the first run of ice/water as well as maintenance discussions. Both gentleman were professional, timely and efficient with their work.

The installation of my TV and Soundsystem were absolutely incredible. The service worker was knowledgeable and patient and flexible fully completing the installation. Make sure that this review is connected with the TV and sound system installation. Because the experience I had with appliances needs to be separate - it was unacceptable. If you would like me to review the appliance installation separately, please send me another link. I will not recommend Best Buy for kitchen appliances. The installation was a complete malfunction of the BestBuy system that resulted in a waste of my time, a partial install of the fridge, and a full return of the range and microwave. I will purchase them elsewhere for quality service.

Both men were very efficient and friendly. The refrigerator was taken out and the new one was brought in very quickly. The door reversal was done quickly as well, even though the kit was short 2 screws. Also the fridge was sent with no water connection hose, so a special trip was made to pick one up.

All they had to do was plug it in but they actually did a little more. They placed it so that there was space around it for the fans. They also explained to give it a few hours before trying to use it.

The delivery and installation was outstanding. The individuals handled the whole process like pros... quick, clean and complete. Great job!!!!

This is a spacious refrigerator with a small width and suitable for our kitchen. It is easier to use than chest freezers.

In my mind, installation is when it's ready for use. Delivery was prompt, refrigerator was carried inside, handles attached and it was plugged in. When I opened it up, all wrapping was still inside, and it's not easy to remove it from cooled refrigerator and especially freezer section. So, had to remove absolutely everything that is removable to get to room temperature, so we could remove the wrapping and wipe it off. That's reason for 4 stars.

I would recommend anyone purchasing appliances to purchase the installation. The guys are very professional, efficient, and def do a better job than me; if I were to install. Loved it!

The delivery team unpacked the frig, carried it up 17 steps, assembled everything and connected water line kit. Looks awesome!

I was set to have my new refrigerator installed and the guys double checked the doors, measured everything twice, and realized it was too big. They were professional, called in a reschedule and helped me out.

The delivery team made fast work in getting the refrigerator delivered & installed. They explained what we would need to before using the water or ice. They assembled all the shelving & left the area very clean!!

a lot of tape had to be removed by the home owner, had to level the product and adjust doors, figured the crew would take care of that.

Excellent service. Jorge and Edgar showed up exactly on time. They were total professionals. The guys had to carry the new fridge up multiple flights of steps to my unit, and did it without a complaint. They were courteous, quick and friendly. I also had the haul-away option on my order. They removed the massive old "fridge-beast" seamlessly. It was a challenging job considering all of the steps. I really appreciate the high quality service I have experienced with Best Buy and the delivery/installation teams. Also, the prices, and availability of product is impressive. Thank You! The installers were amazing! This refrigerator was so big, they had to take the front door off its hinges. Very pleased with the professionalism!

I really appreciate the professionalism of the team that installed the fridge. Everything was handled with the utmost care, and they did a great job of protecting my property from damage. They had to remove my front door to get the fridge through, and they reinstalled the door so professionally that it was in better condition than it was before they arrived. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.
