Delivery excellent. I was kept advised as to where I was in the delivery queue and was given a final 10 minute delivery. Guys were polite and installed refrigerator quickly.

the Geek Squad guys were great - they installed the fridge, ice maker water line, and hauled away my dead Kenmore....all in 30 minutes flat. they leveled the fridge, made sure it was working AOK, and gave a brief demo of the controls and how to change the water filter, too. money well spent!

It was good. There were no problems with installation of the water line connection. However, he did not explain much about the appliances. He was out the door quickly.

Crew did a great job! didn't scrape anything on the fridge or walls or floor when installing. Removed all the packing- debris when done.

No problems with scheduling the installation appointment. The product was installed at the place of our choice. The technician made sure everything is okay with everything before leaving.

I didn't have it connected as there was no existing water line, but if the knowledge of the men who delivered it is any indication I think they would have done it right. They went over everything about the refrigerator with me, even down to the cleaning of it. Super nice and very knowledgeable men.

This is a spacious refrigerator with a small width and suitable for our kitchen. It is easier to use than chest freezers.

Everybody should definitely buy from Best buy, the whole process was as easy as making a sandwich and burping literally in and out in a half an hour, their team is next to nobody they are the best I've ever seen I will definitely make all my purchases from them regardless of price for now on it's just the atmosphere and the people that make me feel that way they treated me like family and that's how I treat my customers so I know what they tell me is the truth not like the other people that I won't say their brand
