The fridge was installed quick and simply. Awesome

The installation of the line was quick and smooth. They verified that the water was flowing and reminded me of the process to carry out before consuming the water and ice.

Refridge works well and is quite Good quality product. Freezer and refrigerator is really cold. Would recommend to anyone Only item I wish was upgraded are the shelves Would like them to be glass or plastic instead Of wire.

I had a new refrigerator delivered to my home. I received a reminder phone call the day before the delivery and the team arrived on time. Everyone was nice and professional. The refrigerator was a tight fit and the crew needed to remove the doors to get it into place. While putting the doors back onto the refrigerator, it was discovered that the 4 bolts that hold the door handles were missing. At that point the crew said there was nothing they could do and they just left for their next delivery. We were left with 2 door handles sitting on our living room sofa. They also left so fast that they never leveled the refrigerator. The next day I was called by the geek squad to rate the installation. I told them about the missing bolts -they had no record. The geek squad tried to follow through - they called me 2 times in the middle of my day at work to get the refrigerator model and serial number. Both of these should have been on the purchase paperwork, but it was not in my pocket at work. 2 phone calls later I was told the bolts were on there way. 4 days later, I got a shipment of 4 set screws - not bolts. I gave up on the geek quad and went down to my local best buy store to talk to the sales man in the appliance section. He looked at his computer and could not find the part. He told me he would call the service center on the east coast the next day when they were open. (they close a 4pm pacific time). I've now had my new refrigerator for 3 week. I still do not have handles on the doors. Lots of nice people, but the job is just not getting finished! I do not know if anything is happening to get this fixed. Maybe I just need to tell them to replace the refrigerator?

Easy to install. The refrigerator was wide so they had to take the front door off.

The techs installed the. Refrigerator and were able to maneuver it in the space.

The technicians didn’t install the fridge, they wanted to leave it on my driveway because I’m going to use the fridge as a second fridge, I asked why they will do such a thing, they said that’s what my order said, they’re not required to bring the fridge into my house, well, I told them if they won’t bring the fridge in the house, they’ll have to take it back to Best Buy, I won’t accept the merchandise. That’s when the bulb lite up in their heads, they brought the fridge in the house, they didn’t even take the fridge wraps and plastic off, after taking the plastic off myself, I realized they also left the fridge box and styrofoam on my driveway, these guys are really lazy folks. This is the third fridge I bought from Best Buy, but this delivery guys are lazy bones.

Installation was a breeze. Enjoyable experience all the way.

Installers were great. Efficient 2 man crew, pulled out the old fridge, removed old water line, installed the water line purchased at Best Buy, put the new fridge in place leveled it and were on their way to the next delivery.

The saleman was veryl knowledgeable to pick out appliances.The men who installed my refrigerator were friendly and careful taking out my old one. They did a great job installing the new one. i was pleased with them.

This is a very nice looking fridge. I love the color . The features are unreal. Samsung really did a remarkable job with this fridge.

The guys installing our fridge were quick and efficient. They installed the fridge in 5 minutes. They explained everything to us about throwing out the ice and water to get out the factory chemicals. They did a great job.

The delivery team unpacked the frig, carried it up 17 steps, assembled everything and connected water line kit. Looks awesome!

Excellent service The guys took longer to find parking Than the time it took them to bring in a giant refrigerator and install it. Very efficient and professional definitely recommend it.
