New refrigerator removed because of 12 inch scratch. Another new refrigerator replaced . Workman very good and professional.

Fast and well done install. Put the front door back on right after they brought the fridge in. The last installers left the door off for at least a half hour while unwrapping the fridge. I would use them again

Wow! I'm so thankful for the refrigerator install. They had to bring this up a flight of stairs and install it and it was truly a blessing. I'll consider Best Buy as my first choice from now on.

Guys went through the basic installation with no problems, Everything got hooked up, and it all works great. Only issue is they never removed a lot of the protective plastic inside the fridge, and where it's placed the doors don't open completely enough to remove the trays inside... which you HAVE to do to remove the plastic lol. We'll get to moving the fridge and doing it ourselves eventually, just wish it had been done for us!

The installers were great. They moved my old fridge to the garage. It is a subzero so it is very heavy. They hooked up the water. They didn’t damage anything. They did the job in a timely manner.

The refrigerator was properly installed and balanced. The crew also cleaned the area after installation. The reversal of the door went smoothly as well. Very happy with the process.

The guys showed up right on time and brought the whole team. Not only the two guys who were actually bringing in the frig, but also two guys from Geek Squad to do any hookups or what ever. The frig was ready to go and didn't need their services, but they were available. The delivery guys did a great job. They were very polite, professional and cleaned up after them selves. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home. Had to remove door to get into the home.

Everything went smooth and the installers were friendly courteous and knowledgeable.

I am very disappointed in the installation of my refrigerator. The delivery guys forgot to install the metal plate that goes under the doors at the bottom of the refrigerator. Also, the two doors of the refrigerator don't match up so one is higher than the other and it looks funny. I've tried to schedule them to put the plate on and adjust the doors, but after waiting a long time on the phone I just get the run around with the schedulers saying that it's been too long for anyone to do it. It's been a month since the refrigerator was installed. I purchased it in November 2021, but our kitchen was under construction so couldn't get a new refrigerator installed until January 2022. I was assured it would be no problem to have the refrigerator delivered immediately and installed at a later date. After all, the store was selling out of appliances because there was a "supply chain issue, and I needed to act fast!" I thought Best Buy/Pacific Sales guaranteed the installation if you're a "Total Tech" member (which cost me $200!).

Installation went well and the installers did a great job with no issues at all. Will use again in the future for sure

Great service. They relocated my old fridge and install the new one with no problem at all. They had to remove my front door, both the old and the new refrigerator doors and assemble everything back together.

WE paid to have our Whirlpool - 26.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless steel installed and the old refrigerator moved to our garage. The men were very helpful and did a wonderful job.

The delivery guys carried the old and new refrigerator in and out with straps instead of using a dolly. They did not hook up the refrigerator since they said the could not touch copper waterline Our cooper waterline was soldered on at one end. Did not install the handles. They did not call ahead before arriving.

The installation team was quick, courteous, and professional. I had to do a little work afterward to level it.

Installation was very good! The first refrigerator arrive damaged so the installation crew had to do a lot of customer service. They were awesome and came back to install the new replacement refrigerator
