I bought a refrigerator a year ago that started having problems. They sent a service man out the next day. Parts had to be ordered and ended up back ordered. They had no idea when the parts would come in. The store ended up giving me a new frig and extended warranty. They also covered all my food loss. I was very pleased on how they took care of me.

The installers were on time, courtious and quick

They knocked on our door and asked if it would be alright if they installed right now. Of course! They were quick, efficient, got the old refrigerator out and placed it where I asked, and installed the new one perfectly.

They were really professional and went over our fridge options until we felt comfortable with it. They were quick with removing in installing new fridge. On time arrival as well.

Easy job but still did good

Which is really a lot more than some delivery companies do.
