The two guys brought out my refrigerator and were very good at getting it into my kitchen. I was impressed with the technical method they used to lift the refrigerator to keep from damaging the floor.

Great installation team! They knew what they were doing, and they did it fast. When they left, we felt very comfortable we knew how to operate everything on the refrigerator.

Installation was excellent the guys did a great job , polite and respectful , communication great on arrival.

The install was easy and quick (could have done it myself). The guys informed us to dump the fist couple gallons of water and the first batch of ice. If your like me, you probably would not have read that in the instruction book and just poured yourself a nice cold drink. Glad they told me.

The installers were great. I did not have any qualms about the operation of my new refrigerator.

Delivery was adequate. No damage was done to the fridge and the delivery was successful. Arrived hours earlier than announced, which was fine, but not the best scenario as I work third shift. I didn't realize the doors wouldn't be switched...so I had to spend half an hour doing it. The delivery people were gruff but they did the job.

The installers seemed to be in a big hurry. They first said they couldn't install the waterline kit but then they did? They showed me the refrigerator was level but when you opened the door it rocked front to back. A week later the next installer adjusted the doors and it is better now.

Assembled with care. Made sure I had the manual and asked if I had questions several times.

The Girl at Best buy was kind enough to call us when the Refrigerator was back in stock. it works Great, But the shelfs in the Refrigerator . Are REALLY bad, You can put milk or something flat its fine. BUT if you put a can or bottle on the shelf in the main part of the Frig. it will fall , Some times the Door won't shut right. But I wouldn't put it in my Kitchen ,It in good for a extra Refrigerator, We do not like the main Shelfs at all. No one installed.& it didn't come with a ice maker, But that's OK

On time, professional workers, clean installation!

I was very pleased in the way the salesmen in the appliance department handled my problem. I bought a refrigerator a year ago that started having problems. They sent a service man out the next day. Parts had to be ordered and ended up back ordered. They had no idea when the parts would come in. The store ended up giving me a new frig and extended warranty. They also covered all my food loss. I was very pleased on how they took care of me.

Amazing installation. These men were fantastic! Arrived 10 min. ahead of their earliest scheduled arrival , quick professionally done.COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER!

Quick installation. The workers came saw what was needed took their measurements and got the refrigerator installed and my old refrigerator removed quickly. I could've done it myself but if they're going to handle it for you, utilize them.

Really nifty fridge. I wouldn't mind if it had a separate drawer for cheese and such, but otherwise I'm totally happy with it.

Installation was basic with unpacking it and plugging it in. Since nothing special with add on’s no problems with installation with delivery.

I had originally purchased a refrigerator and had it installed on January 6. However, as soon as it was installed, it began making a loud noise. I called best buy back to have someone come out and fix the problem. They scheduled someone for January 12, but the repairman called me and claimed he couldn't repair it, he was an installation man. I had to call best buy back again and reschedule another fridge to be brought out and installed on January 17. The work was completed on the 17th, and now we have a working refrigerator. I gave the experience two stars because it was a very time consuming process. I had to make multiple calls to customer service reps who had difficulty speaking English to me. Needless to say, while I'm happy that we eventually got the fridge installed and working, the amount of time it took and frustration with customer service made for a very unpleasant experience.

The installation of our refrigerator went great. Delivery was on time, very nice installers that had the job down pat. Made sure everything was working properly. Cleaned up all the packing etc and left. Made the job look easy although it was not.

Just moved into our new home and purchased a new refrigerator to go with it. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with it. The team that installed our appliances was great - very careful and respectful of our new home. Appliances are all where we wanted them and have been working great.
