The installation team was quick, professional and helpful. They made sure we knew the features of our new appliance and instructed us what we needed to do if we had any issues.

Installation was excellent the guys did a great job , polite and respectful , communication great on arrival.

There are not many of these smaller refrigerators that are bigger than the dorm type but smaller than full size. This one is perfect for an extra in the garage and Best Buy was the only retailer we could find that had one in stock.

Amazing Service! My water valve did not fit and installers instructed me to get an adapter as opposed to having the line switched out. Dude at Lowe’s sold me the wrong part so when they came back out the 2nd time they could not connect my valve but they came out a 3rd I which I had the right part and installed it less than 15 minutes . And might I add did not charge to come out the second and third time. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer questions that I had. Overall great service!

The installation of the 4th refrigerator or the third replacement was handled very professionally and quickly.

The gentleman who installed our refrigerator was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. He did the install singlehandedly. He was very knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the job he did!

The delivery team was very professional and were able to install the refrigerator quickly and perfectly done. They explained what needed to be done cleaned up and were on there way. Also used mask and kept there distance.

The two gentlemen who installed my fridge were quick and careful. They cleaned up any mess and I was very happy with the overall delivery experience. They were on time and texted me when on their way to me.

This Freezer is a great buy. It is so quiet and works so great. This freezer is amazing, and keeps food frozen perfectly. burn. And the price I paid for it during pandemic is a very good price. I will recommend it to a friend.

The bestbuy installers put the doors on our refrigerator wrong. They are not plumb. I called and have not had the issue resolved as of today.

Luckily I purchased the product during a promo period and my installation fee was waived. I think it’s ridiculous they charge just to plug the item into a socket. I understand a charge if they had to install an ice maker but that was not my issue.

The installers were great. Even though it is not a large fridge there were challenges in getting it into the house, but they figured it out and the installation was perfect.

The installers did a fantastic job delivering and installing my new LG refrigerator. They needed to remove the door from the garage to the den, and walk it around to the kitchen. Overall, a great job!
