I had to install it myself they did not install it for me other then that good product easy install

Basic install...plug in to assure cooling. I attached it to the existing water line. Installer reviewed door & unit leveling adjustments. I performed leveling adjustments per Opetators Manual. Unit functions all operate well.

A great purchase! Delivery was fast, easy, and the guys who came to deliver were professional, polite, knew exactly what they were doing, and fast!! They were masked and gloved: fully attuned to the requirements of the pandemic.

The delivery guys carried the old and new refrigerator in and out with straps instead of using a dolly. They did not hook up the refrigerator since they said the could not touch copper waterline Our cooper waterline was soldered on at one end. Did not install the handles. They did not call ahead before arriving.

I ordered a refrigerator online with the help of a virtual online consultant, who also scheduled delivery. The day before, I received a phone call confirming the delivery. To my surprise, I learned that the delivery was scheduled as a "drop off", which meant I had to get the packaged refrigerator from my door, unbox and unpackage it, and place it where it was going, an impossibility for me. I then had to reschedule the delivery and add installation to my order, which is at no extra cost. So, if you're buying a large appliance, be sure to also order installation.

Installers were careful to fit it in a tight space. They were quick. Explained simple use directions.

They two men were very polute and definitely knew what theyvwere doung during oyr installation. They made sure our refrigerator was properly installed and set to our specifications

Installers are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Did an excellent job of installing freezer.

Service technicians arrived as scheduled (with advance text notifications) and provided a very quick installation that was performed with extreme care to avoid any damage to the house/furniture.

Best Buy installers were great. Knew what they were doing and were courteous. Could not have installed the refrigerator without them.

Had an issue with the first delivery. They insisted on removing a door to bring the fridge in. They ended up scratching the aid on the door frame. The next delivery, they said they left a phone message and rang the door bell, we were home the whole time and never heard anything, they left and we had to schedule again. Nex fridge showed up and would not stop rocking even when trying to level. Reordered again, this time the fridge is fine.

Our new big Kitchen Aid fridge was a big unit but the guys done a great job. They had to take off our front door, but they did it, got the fridge in and put the door back on again without any problem. Very pleasant and professional and ensured we were happy with the install and set up before they left. Great job!
