Works great easy to use to adjust the doors would recommend this product to anyone. If I had to buy another refrigerator it would be this one for sure keeps it nice and cold. I love it tons of space I still can not put a lot in it to try filling it up

I love using best buys installers, very professional, polite, and they know how to install anything, not expensive. This the main reason I buy all electronics and appliances from best buy. Good price and no hassle warranty replacement or repairs. Love it.

The storage and access is great. The shelves and bins provide plenty of space to organize. The digital temperature control is easy and accurate, and the LED lighting is terrific. Two issues are the difficulty to reach the lever to turn ice maker on and off. The water temperature for the water dispenser is limited. If you take more than about six ounces in a glass, it seems to be warmer after that.

look's nice next to my fridge,I have a fridge with a small freezer so this works out nice.

Best buys kept me updated with the install date. received text message day prior with 2 hour window. Received text message 2 hours prior with 10 minute window. Installers arrived on time, quickly removed old freigrator. Installed new one and gave quick demo. Very pleased with the install and service.

Easy buy. Just moved into my new place and needed this done while I was at work. Install team came in, hooked up, made sure everything worked before leaving. Great service.

Delivery and set up was super simple, no problems at all!

The delivery guys carried the old and new refrigerator in and out with straps instead of using a dolly. They did not hook up the refrigerator since they said the could not touch copper waterline Our cooper waterline was soldered on at one end. Did not install the handles. They did not call ahead before arriving.

The installers came on a stormy day but installed our new refrigerator with in an amazingly short time with no fuss. Everything went just as planned.

Great equipment, delivery and follow-up. When there was an issue, staff was quick to resolve.

Delivery/installers called in the morning to provide a smaller window for their arrival time which was nice and called when heading to our house. They were pleasant. They were trying to work quickly because of additional deliveries they had. I suppose that’s why they didn’t see the tapes that were still left on the refrigerator shelf brackets. I didn’t see the tapes until later too. Want to remove when it’s cooler because food needs to be taken out too.

Really nifty fridge. I wouldn't mind if it had a separate drawer for cheese and such, but otherwise I'm totally happy with it.

Great, courteous and knowledgeable installer. They arrived on time, removed old fridge and installed the new one in few minutes. Installer made sure fridge was leveled and gave us quick run down on the important things to know about the new fridge.

The employees were very helpful and efficient with getting it installed. The refrigerator is beautiful and suits our needs. I love the third drawer for quick access to sandwich meats and condiments. I especially love the inability to leave fingerprints.

Fridges are awkward items to move, install, and haul away, so do yourself a big favor and pay for this service. The delivery people worked quickly but also safely to get the item into my 2nd story condo without any damage done. What more can you ask for?

The reps were down to business from beginning to end. They were very polite, very knowledgeable, and answered questions very politely and completely. They were in no way disturbed by my dog. The dog was most accepting of their demeanor. The are a great team together.

We love the design and features of this refrigerator. We have a had a problem with a noisy water pump. Other then that it is great.

The guys did an excellent job removing the old frig and installing the new one. Even helped us get to know the new one before they left..... outstanding experience with them.......
