Installers were very professional and helpful. They unboxed before bringing it in & discovered a small dent in the side. I received a discount. The delivery went quickly and smoothly without a hitch.

The delivery truck arrived with three workers. They pulled out my old fridge, installed the new one - along with water/ice maker tubing - in about 15 minutes. They then spent about ten minutes going over features and showing me the fine points like adjusting the doors and legs. Very happy with their service...

They did what they could for me were even nice enough to move my old fridge outside for me.

Cannot talk highly enough of the gentleman that delivered and installed! Were wonderful in every aspect!

The delivery and installation team were professional. I was told they were not Best Buy employees. They transported the freezer/ fridge to my basement. They plugged it in and told me to read the manual. The manual said it had to be upright for 2 hours before plugging in as the compressor fluids had to settle. I am hoping no issues arise. The guys connected the handle and installed the shelves.and removed my old unit. They were careful of my property.

First of all they come on time, I was thinking they might not connect to the existing water line because I didn’t buy the water line they are selling from the store but they installed it anyways... carefully inspect for leaks after, overall very happy customer

The installers were amazing! This refrigerator was so big, they had to take the front door off its hinges. Very pleased with the professionalism!

Installers were very friendly, easy to communicate with and more technically aware of potential installation issues than on a prior delivery. The old unit removal and new unit installation was completed quickly and, so far, flawlessly.

As described. They were unable to complete my installation due to issues with my house but they did spend quite a good amount of effort to try and get the job done. When the problem was identified they gave me suggestions on how to go about fixing it and said not to hesitate to call back for further assistance.

Could have doe this task of getting the refrigerator delivered without you guys/

The two gentlemen were very compassionate and understanding toward my 8485 your old mother. They came in remove the old refrigerator cleaned and then placed the new refrigerator and stood there until it called up to be sure it worked. Excellent

These guys were the very best. Kept us safe wearing masks and sanitizing and installed the refrigerator to replace the one we installed ourselves so fast we considered changing to delivered for all future appliance purchases.

Amazing Service! My water valve did not fit and installers instructed me to get an adapter as opposed to having the line switched out. Dude at Lowe’s sold me the wrong part so when they came back out the 2nd time they could not connect my valve but they came out a 3rd I which I had the right part and installed it less than 15 minutes . And might I add did not charge to come out the second and third time. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer questions that I had. Overall great service!

The guys who delivered our refrigerator were outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable and really knew there job. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and cate they took with our delivery.

It’s a great refrigerator/freezer I haven’t tried the kimchi function yet. It keeps vegetables fresh for much longer than my regular refrigerator. It has a handsome finish. There are four nice containers in each side with snap on lids and handles that make organizing and retrieving items easier. The Best Buy delivery and installation were a breeze. It just plugs into a regular outlet. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with a manual so I’m not sure of all the functions. I’ve had it for over a year and it’s going strong.

I really like the counter depth. Wanted a fridge without ice maker or water. This has neither. I like that, as I don't use ice, and an ice make takes up space.

The guys were great and very considerate. Did a great job getting new frig in and old one out.
