The technician who installed this item on my refrigerator was very polite, and informative. He explained what he needed to do before he started. The installation went quickly and smoothly.

Fridge is up and running like a charm. Quick and easy. I mean, I don't know how to hook up a fridge, so it's a great service.

The technicians did a great job with setting everything. They were professional and answered any and all questions. My only complaint would be, when they remove the plastic coverings, it might be nice to know about the areas where the plastic is hard to remove from the appliance. I've found numerous places on my appliance where there is still remnant of plastic I can't remove without taking something apart (that's not gonna happen). I suspect this is something that happens with all appliance deliveries, and is not specific to BestBuy.

Refrigerator was delivered and installed very quickly and efficiently. The service guys were very professional in how they moved and set up the refrigerator.

I had read reviews about the installation of the refrigerator on the Best Buy website for this particular product and had many concerns because in some areas and states, Best Buy evidently outsources the delivery and people were generally not happy at all. But upon checking with my local store in Bloomington, IL, I happily discovered that they do their own delivery and installation and it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience all the way around. The installers were right on time, there was good communication from them about their expected arrival time, and they did a fine job. After they began the set-up, they discovered that our existing hook-ups were in good shape, so they didn't end up using the kit we'd been required to buy (I understand why in case it had been needed). So they told us we could return it to the store for a refund which we did. They made sure everything was working properly and explained some of the features of the refrigerator and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. Very friendly and professional.

Perfect installation service knowledgeable and easy to do. They worked with us and efficiently showed us how to manage to use the product.

Overall good experience with the set up. The delivery drivers were very pleasant. One small ding in the refrigerator that we didn’t notice when they were here, but hard to notice.

My house has a water filtration system. They took their time and installed everything professionally and worked around the lines so it wouldn't get kinked once the fridge was pushed back into the wall

The bestbuy installers put the doors on our refrigerator wrong. They are not plumb. I called and have not had the issue resolved as of today.

The delivery experience was fantastic! Not only did the guys do the job quickly and efficiently, but they seemed to have fun doing it.

The installers were right on time and did remove the old fridge. My only issue was that they wouldn't change the door opening to the needed side because it wasn't on the work order. What is I didn't have someone who could figure it out? This was bought for an 89 year old! I wasn't asked about sude when the online customer service processed my order.
