We love this refrigerator. It is attractive, spacious and quiet. What else is there to want?

Excellent service. Jorge and Edgar showed up exactly on time. They were total professionals. The guys had to carry the new fridge up multiple flights of steps to my unit, and did it without a complaint. They were courteous, quick and friendly. I also had the haul-away option on my order. They removed the massive old "fridge-beast" seamlessly. It was a challenging job considering all of the steps. I really appreciate the high quality service I have experienced with Best Buy and the delivery/installation teams. Also, the prices, and availability of product is impressive. Thank You! This was a seamless Installation, it is quite professional on time service and it was a good experience

The team did a good job, except that I only got a 10 minute "on the way" call. It would have been nice to get at least 30 minutes. I needed more time to unload my old fridge after the crew arrived. I really dislike Best Buy's installation/delivery time window choices of 7am-1pm or 12pm-6pm. These are too wide. I don't want to have to be ready at 7am, and I don't want to have to risk pushing it out to 6pm. Hence both windows are inconvenient. Best Buy needs to have perhaps three 4-hour windows instead of two 6-hour windows.

Service was professional and excellent. Super knowledgeable and did a great job keeping my walls unscathed. The fridge has been amazing! Love the snack drawer and water pitcher!

Delivery was efficient and they did a great job putting our fridge in a tight spot without damaging the walls. Only small bummer was I had my own ice maker hose but I was required to install that myself due to liability. Still, overall happy

I would recommend anyone purchasing appliances to purchase the installation. The guys are very professional, efficient, and def do a better job than me; if I were to install. Loved it!

Best Buy sent a crew of 2 really professional guys who delivered, unpackaged, and installed my refrigerator. They even carried the whole thing up a set of stairs (I didn't have to lift a finger). It's been over 2 months, not a problem since

They came on time snd brought the fridge in quickly. All they had to do was plug it in an level it. It would be better if they had more available days for deliveries.

Really like this product. Delivery guys were great. They were here and dine very fast but did a great job. Love this fridge it fits perfectly in my cabinets. Highly recommend especially for the price.

Perfect service — the guys were helpful, professional and took care of everything.

In my mind, installation is when it's ready for use. Delivery was prompt, refrigerator was carried inside, handles attached and it was plugged in. When I opened it up, all wrapping was still inside, and it's not easy to remove it from cooled refrigerator and especially freezer section. So, had to remove absolutely everything that is removable to get to room temperature, so we could remove the wrapping and wipe it off. That's reason for 4 stars.

Once refrigerator was installed and hooked up it was great. Ice maker is great I love the size. It just me alone and has room and the drawers are in right place for me.

Overall this has been a good soap dispenser. It looks good and has been working well. Based on the short time we have been using this dispenser I would recommend it to others.
