This peoduct is very easy to install.. and I am very pleased with it

Install went perfect with great service and care. Fit was really tight and servicemen were very patient and professional. They accidentally dented a door (it happens). They ordered and installed a new one as soon as it arrived.

The installers were excellent. they were courteous and polite . very experienced with the delivery.

Very happy with the installers who came to install our new fridge. Fascinating how only 2 people were able to lift the fridge and fit it through our narrow doorway. Just a quick removal of one of the fridge doors was all it took. They were easy to talk to and ask questions.

Buying the refrigerator was easy online, was delivered as promised. Service was great, no complaints.!!

The install of our new LG refrigerator, including the hook-up of the water line for the ice machine, was done expertly and efficiently.

The two installers did an excellent job in placing the refrigerator in it's space, leveling it, checking the controls and ensuring it was working properly.

I told the sales person “no install, delivery only” but I guess he’s too busy selling the fridge. On the day of delivery they did not drop off the fridge because install was a part of the sale. The delivery people claimed they could not install the fridge because I did not have enough distance between the width. All of this could have been solved if the sales person would just slow down to listen to me say “no install, delivery only”.

Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home. Had to remove door to get into the home.

They hooked up my fridge in place of old fridge. Connected water lines for me. Awesome service.

the entire removal of the dead fridge and installation of the new one tootles than an hour and that included taking the front door off and replacing it when done. the two men worked in tandem to make it seamless and minimize how long the front door was open and letting the bugs in.

Great refrigerator works well. We swapped out same model 4 years old with the same one. Happy with the results so far.

The delivery on this was fantastic, they really do a good job protecting walls and moving the fridge. I was not made aware that they install does not hook up to plastic water lines that our builder had installed to the floor behind the fridge. It would be nice to know this ahead of time to have what you need ready. Best Buy only does installs to copper fridge lines. It was a problem I fixed myself with a short trip to the hardware and $15 in parts. Top notch geek squad delivery though, I would recommend their teams any time.

The installation of my TV and Soundsystem were absolutely incredible. The service worker was knowledgeable and patient and flexible fully completing the installation. Make sure that this review is connected with the TV and sound system installation. Because the experience I had with appliances needs to be separate - it was unacceptable. If you would like me to review the appliance installation separately, please send me another link. I will not recommend Best Buy for kitchen appliances. The installation was a complete malfunction of the BestBuy system that resulted in a waste of my time, a partial install of the fridge, and a full return of the range and microwave. I will purchase them elsewhere for quality service.

The gentleman installed the new fridge so quickly! They had to bring up the fridge up 2 flights of stairs and no mark on my walls like the previous company 10 years ago. So friendly too!

I give the installer a five - he was very helpful in the face of a problem with the connector. The customer service person who called was rude and not helpful. She called to say it’s our problem - call a plumber. Not even sure why she called as the installer was working with us on the problem. Anthony was very kind and did all he could. My scores below are for the installer not the customer service person - I would give her all 1’s

The delivery team arrived as scheduled, after providing a pre-call to let us know they were close. They quickly unpacked our new appliances and placed them in our kitchen. I was a little upset that they would not assist my girlfriend with removing the existing range, as I was not home for the delivery. Since these appliances needed to be used, I was not inclined to remove them prior to delivery. Luckily, I was able to move the fridge since it was still usable in a relocated position...not the same for a stove/range. It would have been nice to be told that existing appliances would need to be moved prior to their arrival.

installation team removed the old samsung and delivered and installed the new LG in less than 30 minutes. no damage to house doors or walls and no damage to either refrigerator.
