Installation problem

The customer service person who called was rude and not helpful. She called to say it’s our problem - call a plumber. Not even sure why she called as the installer was working with us on the problem. Anthony was very kind and did all he could. My scores below are for the installer not the customer service person - I would give her all 1’s

It was a pleasure to watch them do the job and in no time could we enjoy our new fridge. Thank you!

Hooked the water line up!!

They had to use an adjustable wrench, so it was really complicated. They had a lot of knowledge on how to turn the brass fitting to tighten it to the copper fitting. AMAZING!!

Refrigerator Installation

I was impressed with the technical method they used to lift the refrigerator to keep from damaging the floor.

PERFECT COUNTER DEPTH FRIDGE!

Quiet ,Cold ! Sorry we waited so long !!
